This adorable, family-run Mexican spot is bursting with love, flavor, and good vibes. Mama Gela and her sweet daughter Vangie are absolute gems — so warm and welcoming, it truly feels like you’ve been invited into their home for a meal. And let’s not forget the two magic-makers in the back — the chefs bringing all the flavor heat!

Today, I had two tacos: one chicken and one potato (yes, potato!) and OH. MY. GOODNESS. The chicken taco was juicy and packed with flavor, but that potato taco?! Out. Of. This. World. Crispy edges, rich seasoning — it was comfort food on a whole new level.

I grabbed my food, hopped on my bike, and ate it on the beach in the sunshine — pure bliss. To top it off, I ordered their fresh-squeezed orange juice and honestly, I felt like I drank straight from an orange grove. So fresh, so pure — like sunshine in a glass. Seriously wish I had a giant igloo cooler full of it.🍊 🌞

They’re just down the street from the iconic Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach. If you're in the area, do not miss this place. La Fiesta Brava is everything — flavorful, heartfelt, and full of love. I'm so happy, and genuinely grateful for the whole experience.

The perfect "Hole in the wall" taqueria. Awesome Tacos, Burritos, and some Specialties make up most of the menu. "The Brave Party" is known best for (and my Favs too); Garlic Shrimp($14) , Fajitas ($13) and Fish Tacos ($3.50). Make sure you get the Guac ($4.50!) to start and pair with the rest. Made to order Fresh, Chunky, and perfectly seasoned to cool down the fiery salsa and fresh chips they give you without asking. The Chile Verde (shredded Pork) is silky smooth,the Carnitas crunchy on the ends with the juicy goodness center that makes Pork hard to resist. The Carne Asada is grilled to order as a whole piece, then cut into thick pieces that let you know it's quality steak your eating. The Fish..ahh the Fish...wow-it's a delicacy of freshness that been cooked in clarified butter on a flat top just right- slightly crispy edges and juicy center. The Fish tacos are just corn tort, lettuce, onion, and lime so you can really taste the generous portion of tilapia. If you want more, add some salsa and guac from your app. The service is super friendly in a relaxed beach way. The kitchen was spot on with timing, portions and presentation the 4x I ate there (in 1week). Do yourself a favor and check it out. O, and they do eggs...
