I gave this place multiple chances and the only reason was because the cashiers are nice. But last time I had a different one. Its always the same problem, the cooks are not cooks. They serve breakfast but they don't know and they dont want to cook the eggs the way customer request, such as Sunnyside up, over easy, over medium or over hard. Last time I return my food and the cook refused to fix it. There was a guy handling the money at the register, im not sure if he is a manager there but I asked him to give me my money back if they didn't want to fix my order. By that time there was a homeless taking a nap on the floor of the dining area. When they gave me my food the homeless asked them for a fork and started to bother me with my food. At that point I decided to just give my meal to that homeless and go somewhere else to have a peaceful lunch. The employees did nothing to take the homeless outside or at least make sure that he doesn't bother their customers. All in all seems that they don't appreciate your business. Also they denied the key to their customers to use the restrooms. The few time Ive been able to use it, its been dirty. No toilet paper, no paper towels and dirty. Do yourself a favor and go to a place that appreciate...
Read moreI was visiting for a graduation and the graduate suggested this place for dinner after the graduation, as it was in walking distance from her apt. Seating area outside is very nice. You might have to share space with people waiting for the bus, but there are ample seats. We visited around 10 pm and it is very well lit. There is only one restroom inside. There are maybe 6 fixed typed booths inside. I got the cheese enchiladas feeling safe with my order. I was not disappointed or in awe. It was a safe option. Tasted like plain cheese enchiladas, not spicy or very flavorful. The "salad" they give is a plain iceberg with ranch. Don't get me wrong, I was not expecting anything special. I am just giving my honest opinion on Lucy's. My niece got the chicken enchiladas and she had the same opinion as mine. My friend got the Chili Relleno Burrito. She misunderstood, she thought she was getting a burrito and a chili, nope :-) It was a burrito with a chili relleno inside. And it was awesome! If I'm ever in the area again, I will...
Read morePico/Olympic location. I don't remember which street I was on. Up since 5:00 a.m. and this was my very first meal at 4:00 p.m. The Carne Asada Burrito was inedible. I'm not sure if it even was Carne Asada. It was tough, unmalleable. Very old meat, perhaps. It was very insulting to be served something like this. First time/last time customer. I'm not sure if this is what they give all customers that don't speak a particular language. I hope not. Maybe an awful coincidence but I am now going to have to go make myself something to eat. I hope the picture does not disturb you. Very disturbing and disappointing! I probably should contact the BBB and the department of health. This is the worst meat I've been...
