Its usually very crowded during the lunch hour. But today, I placed my online order at noon and was given a pickup time of 12:43 p.m. I arrived at Mike's at 12:45 p.m. and waited until 1:30 p.m. before my food was ready. 30 minutes later I got my sandwich. Tasty but not a traditional NY/LA/Chicago/Miami Jewish deli Reuben. The pastrami was made from beef round not brisket. The slices were nuked in the microwave not hot from the steamer then sliced to order. Nuked sliced meat is rubbery and chewy.
Add black olives (not listed in the sandwich ingredients) and I had a strange experience.
