While they have great smoothies and pretty decent bowls, this review is on customer service. I frequent this place. What has been consistent with their great smoothies is their lousy attitude. One girl will complain about her job while making your order. Another will completely ignore you until it's her time to serve you. This Sunday really took the cake because it was my 2nd visit of the day to get a smoothie. Got there to locked doors shortly after 6pm. I decided to wait a few minutes since he's probably on break. Another customer who was seeking a healthy remedy for a headache also showed up to a locked door. We ended up waiting a good 20-25 minutes while we chatted and then this guy walks up around 6:40pm in between us, unlocks and opens the door, then turns around and closes and locks the doors and proceeds to sit down in the back and get on his phone - COMPLETELY IGNORING us two customers who were patiently waiting AND trying to ask if he was open or closed. He wouldn't even make eye contact as if we weren't even standing in his face. I've never experienced this level of rudeness by someone serving the public. I was extra pissed because I had already been there that morning. The other lady waiting for you to open really needed a smoothie for health reasons and decided to stay and knock again to see if she could get a response. Don't know if she had any luck. I chose to take a picture of the rude guy and then walk back home and get in the car and drive to 30th and Figueroa to take my business to a much better juice spot, Jamba. Y'all need to think about the types of customers that come to you. Mostly for health reasons. Does no good for them to come get a healthy dose of smoothie but leave with some sort of mental anguish because they were treated with rudeness or overloaded with someone's mind dump about how horrible their day is! Might as well add Sad Smoothies or Bummed Out Bowls to your menu. Probably the most convenient location for me but I doubt I'll ever return. There's another spot a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow guys... I started out close to 200lbs. I now weigh closer to 140. I have many pictures of My Acai bowls that i run to for sweet treat! Usually i add pineapple to my bowl to give it extra Umff. š„°Over the past months i have picked up my love for field of greens and the Lavender smoothie. Those make my stomach pretty happy and relaxed. I also enjoy the "Make your own Juice". I add mine with beets! You can choose up to 5 ingredients which is a fair amount of veg/fruits! Think the first thing i admire when walking in is The Chandeliers! So pretty. And the decorative fridge that has amazing black & white art on it. You gotta try the Off the farm Bars! Theyre pretty tasty. I like em all. But my favorites are the blueberry and banana bars! Very earthy and that alone will keep you filled up.
Okay...Customer service- Let's just say downtown can be pretty harsh sometimes. But the workers at naturewell stay busy. They're hardworking. They do their best with every situation that comes there way. I've been a customer for a year now. I've Never been treated bad By the Workers. They're an awesome crew of people. When Rush hour hits for them it can and will get packed but they get the line down no matter how many people are working. They're very down to earth people & hardworkers. I like that the place feels like home. Outside you're able to stay and eat. They make Fresh Apple and Orange juice to add to their smoothies. NO Sugar added. Alot of preparations go into just one smoothie. And the Acai, pataya & green Bowls are all natural, the sweetness comes Straight from the fruits!
Some tips: *be sure to tell them if you like your smoothies thick. add ons have different price ranges so you will see a price adjustment.

Most of all Enjoy your purchase & cheers to good health! Thank you so much to the Owners & workers who do their best to Keep Naturewell going . Thank you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a long overdue review that I am writing for this decadent and freshly made smoothie shop. First and foremost, the owner needs to give a strong handshake to the manager (Chris I believe it is, his first name begins with a C) if that is wrong I apologize he is from the east coast originally, that I remember!
I have lived in California for seven years, the manager here is top two most genuine, sincere, thoughtful and caring manager I have met in this sunshine state. Honestly, he is so easy to talk too and genuinely wants to make you happy! That alone makes me lwant to give this place businessā¦
I was a being a āthorn in the sideā customer and did not like how my smoothie was made at the store in West Hollywood because it was not 100 % to my liking. The manager made me a new smoothie and tried creating one not on the menu that was close to āblue magikā. Blue spiralina. He took his time to try and figure out what taste I preferred. He made extra and gave it too me all free of charge. I couldnāt believe it. Yes, there are fresh, clean, well priced food options but what strikes me the most about this place and why it stands out from its competition is the effort and kindness the manager gave me that day! Thank you...
