After the slew of negative reviews from yelp, my friends and I decided to head to this place early and give it a chance. Boy, were we wrong. This place is the definition of discrimination, pretentiousness, and outright disrespect.
We arrived around 8:30pm. EIGHT FREAKING THRITY PM ON A FRIDAY EVENING. Anyway, we (4 males) got our ids checked. They asked if we would like to consider bottle service, so we spoke to two hostesses about the possibility. In the meantime, two more of our male friends show up. At this point we were hit with a "if you guys have any more guys coming, we can not let them in without buying a table". I was completely unsure about who was showing up because it is not my birthday. So they let us in anyway.
As more of our friends show up, we get texts from them exclaiming that the bouncers were interrogating them, questioning who they were with. All in all, every group of friends who showed up were let in at different times. At this point we are all inside, chatting, catching up.
This is where it gets nasty. From the corner of my eye I see one of the hostesses that we talked to earlier about the table, standing at the frame of the patio door, arms crossed, glaring in our direction. At this point I knew it was not going to end cute. Minutes later, one of the bouncers shows up with her and they force us to leave. Our group of 15~ had to put our drinks down and exit the premises immediately.
I truly do not understand what difference it made because we were all let in as individual groups. But upon coming together, we were no longer allowed to stay because we were one larger group?? There is a clear lack of management and proper communication amongst every member of this establishment. So DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on this establishment, unless you are looking to be disrespected, belittled, and discriminated against.
This establishment needs real work and rebranding if it wishes to stay open for long. A lot of the previous negative reviews seem to be coming from other people of color. In this day and age, nobody gets away with bigotry and...

I recently had a Girl's Night Out at No Vacancy with my girls. and we had an amazing time! We even got to watch three shows throughout the night!
Thank goodness none of us read any spoilers so we were wonderfully surprised and amazed at the entrance. Upon entering we felt like we were transformed into another time zone. Walking down the flight of staircases really felt like we had entered the 1920s era. Old vintage items, decor, and attendees dressed to theme were seen throughout the night.
Once we made it to at the bar inside, the bartender was friendly and helpful in recommending drinks. One of my friends could only have virgin drinks and the bartender happily made her a virgin China Doll. It didn't taste as good as the alcoholic version but it was still really unique! For a stronger drink try the Professor!
Afterwards we made it to the outside patio area and hung out around the fireplace to watch some of the shows. These shows only run during the weekends and if your're lucky you might just catch all three! We were able to catch the fire breathing lady twice, and the tight rope walker. The three of us were in awe after watching each of the performances!
The only concern I have which justified the -1 star is for the horrific parking situation. We drove around for at least 30 minutes trying to find street parking but to no avail we drove back to the venue and found out valet was only $10 not $20 like the surrounding lots. Although, the valet service was a complete clusterfu*k when we tried to leave because cars were coming and going and creating so much backed up traffic on the street to get out. They also drove the wrong cars up so people were pretty pissed. They desperately need to get this parking situation fixed so people aren't waiting 30-40 minutes to...
Read moreThis place is a joke. Tried to get In to celebrate my 30th birthday in November 2017 after our tickets to see Bruno Mars from Stub Hub were deemed counterfeit. We had no problem waiting but when my brother in law asked David, the door man, how long the wait was and told him we were there to celebrate a birthday, David said he would see what he could do and asked us to step to the side, Taking us out of the line we had already stood in line for over 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the line we were patiently waiting in initially, shrank significantly as they were letting them in while we were left standing to the side by request. After another 45 minutes waiting, We decided that we were no longer interested in waiting and watching the doorman belittle women by only letting those who were aggressively hitting on & so forth. The only positive thing I can say is that the bouncer, who i didn't catch his name, refused to take a bribe from a small group of guys trying to get in. If only David could learn from his own bouncer, maybe newbies wouldn't leave angry and resentful. My brother in law's favorite bar just turned into one he is ashamed of after trying to share it with his girlfriend, brother and I. I will definitely be spreading this review for No Vacancy and their sister bar Dirty Laundry as well, on pure principal. Do yourself a favor, find...
