Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am a regular at this Starbucks and came in on Saturday 04.29 at 7:46am, at first the cashier was quite rude and kept asking if I wanted my coffee iced or hot after I stated "HOT" three times. They then made my coffee iced... I kindly asked them to remake it correctly. They then did but gave me a huge attitude like it was my fault. The male barista then gave me the corrected drink. Little did I know he did not close the lid all the way, as I got into my car which is brand new, the hot white chocolate mocha spilled all over my WHITE SKIRT, my car seats, my car's carpet, and my car's radio system. This was the worst day of my little. Oh it get's better on this day, I also had a huge presentation with a client. I had to drive all the way home to get my self cleaned up and consistently scrub my car until it was uncovered in coffee and stickiness. Today which is only a few days later, my car still smells like coffee.. This has now become the worst Starbucks I have ever been...

Yesterday I call the store to know if they have were going to have the new Starbucks merch, they said they were working on shipment and if they had any they will release it tomorrow fsfc. I went to this store at 4:25am in the morning to see if they had any new shipment, and they told me that they didn’t received it. I called at 7:40 to ask again if they are done with shipment since there was a lot of boxes at the front, they said the received 2 of the new Starbucks teddy bear cup, and they were all sold out and there was a line since 4 in the morning and they took them both. I told her I was there since 4:25am and there was only one person waiting and me and they were any new shipment, I asked her what time they were bought she said “oh we didn’t received they then hang up on me” this is poor customer service and they are keeping the merchandise for them self what a...

Was in the area and this Starbucks have went extremely downhill since the last time I visited. All the amazing baristas no longer work there & my drink was made wrong and that has never happened with the previous staff. The guys were too busy gossiping to each other instead of paying attention. The sandwich I ordered was overcooked & I almost left without getting my pastry since they didn't give them both to me at the same time. My friend didn't even bother using the bathroom as he stated it was literally poop on the floor and no toilet paper. I'm aware this isn't the "nicest" area but if you have time to gossip about relationships, that means you have time to clean the bathroom.
