Macaron Bar — Restaurant in Louisville

Great place. I parked in front for 20 min before they opened. I was super excited to say the least! This place was great! It was very minimalist, she opened on time and was very efficient and quick at helping me. The flavor choices are fantastic, and out of the 3 I ate on the way home the Birthday Cake flavor is the best so far. It's taking some real willpower to not eat the other 3. They also offer this big macaron tree for $380 which is actually a decent deal because macarons are not cheap. That tree would be enough to feed a party and it's unique enough to be the Centerpiece! I will definitely be back and if you're thinking of checking this place...

The macrons were really good. I bought 12 cookies, which was about $25. The service wasn't great. I mentioned it was my first time in, how much I love macrons and that it was my birthday. After I got home I realized they have a frequent buyer card, and that they give you a macaron for your birthday. He didn't tell me about the frequent buyer card and he didn't offer a macaron. Even if he had said, "hey if you sign up for the program you get a free macaron next year" I would have been pleased. In reality though, he could have given away a 2 dollar cookie and looked like a hero, but...

Macarons were amazing. Packaging was beautiful. Girlfriend was super excited about visiting this store on our trip. Sadly, her face looked less than happy leaving the store. The gentleman running the register/store was extremely rude and only spoke to give her her total. She said if she hadn't have been so excited to visit this store and get macarons she would have just left. Visit was today 1-28 about 10:45. Will probably not be back to this location and take business elsewhere on our next visit...
