Ciazza Kitchen + Bar — Restaurant in Lyons Township

Food was ok, not great. Service was terrible. We were in for a wedding and we congregated here on Friday waiting for the family to trickle in. We tried to drink, and even order more food throughout the evening, but although we were the only people here besides three people sitting at the bar, we couldn't get any service. The woman who was working kept just walking right past us to go in and out of the kitchen, and never checking on us. At one point we stacked all of our empty plates and glasses on the end of table, hoping she would realize we were ALL empty, and still nothing! Very disappointed. Charcuterie board had items of stale crackers, meats and cheeses that were sub par and expensive, $31 appetizer. Two rib eye steaks were like rubber and hard to cut into, $48 a piece. There was only one person handling the bar and restaurant. There was no manager on duty.
