I ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 sub sandwich, 1 stuffed cheesy bread & 1 Jalapeno & bacon stuffed cheesy bread and had it delivered. The delivery driver was Dewayne for this order. I only received 4 boxes of food. 2 Large pizza boxes and 2 small boxes. 1 of the smaller boxes was slightly taller than the other so I thought they put the 2 cheesy breads inside of 1 box with a divider. After the driver had left and I had the boxes on my dinning room table I opened them and seen that I was short a Cheesy bread. I called down to the store and the manager, a lady got on the phone and said I should have received 5 boxes. I told her that I only received 4 boxes and she asked if I would like for the driver to come back out to my house and I said yes please and with my missing cheesy bread. She said she would send him back out.
An hour goes past and no driver & no stuffed cheesy bread AND NO RETURN PHONE CALL. I called back down there and the manager got back on the phone and said she spoke with the driver and he said he delivered all the boxes. So it was my word against his and further more she stated that she personally packaged my order and she made sure that there was 5 boxes inside the delivery bag before it left the store. And she then stated that she was not going to make my order of missing cheesy bread, nor was she going to refund my money for the missing order.
I then stated that I had a DVR system that recorded the whole event and someone was lying, and it was NOT me. After a long discussion of myself not getting a refund and my missing order not being corrected she agreed to finally correct the order and that I would have it at my door in 20 mins. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 45 Minuets and still I have yet to receive my whole food order! I WILL HIGHLY URGE ANYONE FROM DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! JUST...
Read moreI placed my order online today. Followed the tracker with the expectaion of my delivery to be within 30-45 minutes, as had been advised. At the 45 minute mark, my boyfriend called the store to find out where our order was. He was placed on hold. At the 7 minute mark for him being on hold, I called myself and waited almost 4 minutes before my called was answer. Keep in mind my boyfriend's call was still on hold. I explained to the gentleman that answered my call that I was looking to find out what the status of my delivery was. Now, without even taking my name... I was told that my order had just been put in the oven. A HOUR AFTER MY ORDER HAD BEEN PLACED!!! Okay. I ordered this pizza to have at the house ready when my boyfriend had his lunch break. Did I received a courtesy call, no. So now I'm explaining that I want a refund, because this is unacceptable. If I had known prior then I would have made other arrangements, like pick up. My boyfriend's lunch is almost over at this point. They employee who answered the phone slammed the phone down when I stated that I wanted a refund and asked for an explination to why my boyfriend had sat on hold for almost 10 minutes and my call was answered first.... If this business is THIS short staffed, then AREA/REGIONAL managers need to step in and reevaluate the store performance and crew as a whole to improve, because this is obviously a recurring issue. Read moreI ordered online at 8:27pm. Was told in email it would take 22-32 minutes. The online tracker said it had been doubled checked at 8:38. After 45 minutes, the tracker said it had not left the store, so I called and was told that a driver had taken mine and 2 other deliveries and would be there soon. After it had not shown up for another 15 mins, the online tracker finally said it had left the store, but I called to see if there was an ETA. I was told there was only one driver and he was bringing it. After another 20 minutes (1hr &20 mins after i originally ordered!), I called one more time and asked if I could get any kind of discount, and the girl at the store told me she would have to call a "higher up manager" but she didn't have time for that. She also told me that since it was a web order, there had been no way to tell me it was going to take longer than 22-32 minutes. When I pointed out that you have to put a phone number in online, she said they didn't have time to call every customer to tell them it would be an hour later. I finally just told her to cancel my order. Talked to the same girl every time, and she was ruder each time. It is one thing to be busy and understaffed, causing late food, but the customer service at this store is the reason I will never order...
