TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Many workers standing around in no hurry to help customers. Waited a while at register until a girl came to take order. She started to take order, walked away, then another girl came to register. The original girl came back and told the new one she could help us. That employee was the only helpful, friendly person there. We were basically ignored as were other customers. We were in the restaurant a total of 17 minutes for carryout. Only 2 other customers were there when we were. We had them replace the fries that were already cold in the bag while we were waiting for someone to go get more ice to make our drinks. It's really sad to see no one look you in the eye, even look your way and no smiles on any of the employee faces to each other or customers. It's apparent the lack of caring that is in many Fast Food Service workers nowadays. Even managers don't Step up to take care of these situations. Mirroring the unhappy employees that work alongside them. Being made to feel that you're an inconvenience to even be in a restaurant ordering food from them is completely unbelievable. Read moreThis is one of those new McDonalds that are designed to get people thru and out the door. You can’t get your own drinks and you can’t even get your own napkins. All the people are hidden and avoiding you in the back. Stupid. Whatever McDonalds CEO thought this up should be fired. A restaurant should be designed in such a way that you want to come, relax and make memories with your family. This is dumb and seems to be only about making money not personal experiences. Update: The only reason I ended up here again is because I have a starving 11 year old and I’m in a roadtrip. Hands down the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in. They reduced the dining area to its basic components. You would have a more pleasant in house dining experience and more ambiance eating I. A storage rental unit. With all the staff hidden behind barriers in the back, you’d get about the same level of service as well. Kicked us out after 10 min of ordering saying they don't allow dogs told them they were service animals offered to show paperwork, they were properly outfitted with identification on them and in my pocket told me I had to leave to make room for other guests without dogs. All in Spanish refused to speak English to me went back to get more food, even though we spent between $20-$30 on what we ordered before, they refused to serve me. It was just bad service all the way around food cost between $20 and $30 to being with and I really would like a refund of my money for the items we got which were cold as if they had been left sitting the entire time before they gave it to us the coffee was hardly worth buying as well. Just bad bad bad all the way around I really wish I'd be compensated for this but they refuse to allow any form of grievance procedures claiming an inability to understand due to not being able to speak English...
