I only selected one star because I couldn't leave it blank, but my experience with this Mc'Donalds yesterday was beyond TERRIBLE. I ordered food around 1:40am and sat in the parking lot with my two friends to eat. While eating my food I found a dead bug on my fries. So I drove to the Drive Thru window to speak to the manager. The manager was very rude and disrespectful to me from the very beginning. I asked for my money back but didn't have my receipt on me however, I explained to her that I just brought food from here 5 mins ago and could tell her what I ordered etc, and her response was no you can't get your money back do you want something else. I said why would I want something else if I just found a bug in my food. Then she started to get smart and go back and forth with me. She then got another male worker involved and I explained the situation to him which was pointless because he was also rude and wasn't able to assist me. The workers were very rude and laughed when I tried to explain everything which angered me. I asked for both of their names and the corporate number and she respond in a very condescending tone saying Ash aka Ashley and refused to give me the corporate number. She emphasized to him that she couldn't give me back a refund and if I wanted a refund then I would need to get it from corporate but not from her and slammed the window in my face. She then told a worker to go outside and direct the traffic around my car because she wasn't going to assist me anymore and called the police on me. I am not understanding why all of that was necessary when I literally just asked for my money back that was it. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEN TO CALL THE COPS ON ME WAS SOMETHING ELSE. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU CALL THE POLICE THESE DAYS AND FOR HER TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME AS IF I WAS IN THE WRONG...
Read moreI usually Don't take my time to leave reviews for fast food restaurants cause you honestly can't expect much. However, today I went through a drive thru, and ordered based on the coupon available on McDonald's app. When I seleceted the coupon to have scanned, the app was showing me an error like it did before couple times, and I asked the first window cashier politely if I can speak with the manager. Usually from my experience if this issue occurs, I can simply explain the situation and the manager can easily resolve it for me. But the guy at the register declined to let me speak with the manager for no reason whatsoever. Stating that "manager tells me what to do, and he can't do anything for you either." And I answered, ok that's fine, I would like to speak with the manager anyways and that I had this issue before and managers always assisted me with it. And he still would not call the manager for me. He was extremely rude and saying stuff like, "ok is it my fault?" Which i never claimed that it was his fault. And calling the manager for me to discuss with was not a big task. But what can I say, since he works at McDonald's, it probably was too big of a task to do. What's funny is, I pulled up to front window, they handed me the order which I never paid for yet, and I admitted that I did not pay yet and would like to speak with the manager, and he was able to resolve it for me in 5seconds after i explained to him the situation. Read moreThis place is racist towards African Americans, my wife and son involved with a recent incident with this restaurant facility. Where they are going to be investigated into by Border Patrol, Ice and Immigration Department so hopefully they all have legal papers. Because my family was truly racially profiled by a incident that went on in this McDonald's. So we have a legal team that's gonna investigate this location, because they were not treated fairly at the time they was there and it's not right and will be looked into. I had down grade my rating, because you don't do that to my family period....!!! Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong, you don't treat American people like that, They think it's the 1950's.
