So I'm sharing my experience at this location. They have two associates who work overnight shift by the name of Sophia and Briana who are quite rude and lazy when it comes to customer service. Just as an update, I have come to this location several times where they either rented to give me customers food or slammed the door on me in the process of me showing them a door dash order. Door dash had to file a report against these employees because when they called the Wendy's location directly they hung up on her. Sophia recently called police and lied to them about me not being a door dasher, attempting to get me banned from picking up customers food from this location and stated since a report was filed against her would not give me customers food. For my safety I took a picture of the young lady as well as filed my own complaint. They literally stand around refusing orders through the drive thru. When I investigated the matter during regular business hours I spoke to an actually manager who informed me the young lady is a manger in training who had no authority to ban me from Wendys. She was quite lovely to speak to, Mrs. Keshia who informed me this matter will get handled and taken care of. I've had to deal with both Briana and Sophia every morning when I dash for customers. Customers have called and complained as well with food taking an hour to be completed and police being called from door dash support. If you can go here, go during regular business hours because if your a dasher trying to make a bit of extra money, these two young ladies will hold you up and lie to not give you food for clients. It's quite sad. The youth these days refuse to earn a living respectfully and actually work for customers. Your in the line of servicing other people your demeanor...

Where do I begin? The microphone/speaker system made the order-taker at the drive-thru nearly unintelligible.
When we could hear her, it was clear that she was totally disinterested.
We ordered one of their hamburgers with no cheese and no mayo. She put the "no mayo" on the screen. I told her we also wanted "no cheese" and she said she heard me. The sandwich arrived packed with cheese. What is this - revenge?
We ordered one of the Asiago Chicken sandwiches. Wendy's description: "tender, all-white meat chicken breast topped with thick-cut Applewood Smoked Bacon, natural-aged Asiago cheese, creamy ranch sauce, hand-leafed lettuce, and hand-sliced tomatoes." I've had them before, and they're excellent. Not at this store. Some kind of chicken and bacon and cheese tossed in. Rubbery and barely warm. Jeez.
We ordered a Strawberry-Lemonade that was warm. Yes, it had ice at the top but they clearly keep it unrefrigerated and don't stir or shake it when they add ice. Pathetic.
2 napkins only.
They forgot the straws, we had to ask.
We were at the end of a long drive from Newark, NJ to DC and too tired to take it to the manager.
I don't blame the personnel: lack of good service means that management is at fault. Wendy's should fire the manager and keep the staff, show them how these restaurants should work. But Wendy's should be ashamed for even running this store this way.
It just occurred to me: maybe this is a competitor disguising themselves as a Wendy's, trying to ruin the Wendy's name. They're doing an outstanding job at that.
If this manager wants an earful, he/she can call me and I'll politely tell them what a pathetic job they're doing....
Read moreDear Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. I feel compelled to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that transpired during my recent visit to your establishment. Despite being a loyal patron of Wendy's for the entirety of my 54 years, I encountered unprecedented disrespect during my visit to this Wendy's location at 1:30 am on 5/12/24. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I politely inquired about the menu options available at that late hour, seeking clarification on whether breakfast or dinner was being served. Instead of receiving a courteous response, I was curtly instructed to "read the sign." Needless to say, this response was far from satisfactory and left me feeling incensed. Subsequently, as I proceeded through the drive-thru and engaged with the female attendant at the window, I was met with further rudeness. When I attempted to engage in a simple conversation regarding meal preferences, the attendant dismissively stated that she does not consume such items. This exchange left me questioning not only the professionalism of your staff but also the quality and suitability of the food being served. As a discerning consumer, I am left pondering whether it is prudent to continue investing my hard-earned money in an establishment where basic courtesy and professionalism seem to be lacking. The disrespectful behavior exhibited by your staff during my visit raises serious doubts about the standards upheld at this Wendy's location. I trust that you will take appropriate measures to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Rest assured, I will be closely monitoring the situation and considering my options for patronizing alternative dining...
