I placed an order from this Burger King branch through the app for delivery at 9:01pm on Saturday12/4/2021. The door dash rep showed arrival at the restaraunt at 9:12pm. The rep called me at 9:19pm and let me know that they had arrived at the restaraunt but all the lights were off and they had tried knocking on doors and drive thru but there was no one answering for them to pick up my order. Door dash canceled my order with themselves. I checked online and in the app and it showed that the site was still open until 11pm. I called the restaraunt and no one answered, I got voice-mail. Today 12/5/2021 I show that Burger King charged me not once, but two times last night for the order I placed while the were closed early for the night and never received. Two charges of $34.21, for a total of $68.42!!! I called Burger King and talked to the "General Manager" who couldn't have been less helpful. He said it wasn't his business, he had nothing to do with money, it wasn't up to him, he couldn't help me in any way, I should just call door dash and get them to credit me. I said the charge shows it was burger king itself that charged my account, specifically that store even.

He said it wasn't a charge from them, he doesn't deal with money, he can't help me, it is not his problem. He would not comment on why or if the store had closed early the night before. He would not or could not even look up my order. I knew He was going to be no help at all, so I tried calling door dash to see if they could help from their end. The door dash rep was very nice. They found my order immediately and let me know that it had been canceled with them, no payment had been processed by them and they did not retain my payment info so they could not credit me back unfortunately. The payment had to have only come from Burger King. I called back the very lazy general manager. I told him he was wrong and door dash could not credit me, that he had actually charged me and needed to credit me. He said, "Oh no problem, just call your bank and have them reverse the charges." He is so lazy he couldn't even be bothered to get off his butt to look up my order, never apologized or offered any explanation and his only defense was don't bother me, it is all someone else's fault, get someone else to help you. I will never be using this Burger King location again, which is sad, because it is only a few blocks away. I don't even want to go to any other Burger King for a while now. Maybe if they get a manager that actually works there and does their job if helping customers. Now I have to call my bank and hope there is no cancelation fee. I think I shall have to file a fraudulent charge with the Better Business Bureau as well over this nightmare. It has cost me money and time to recieve nothing but a bad taste for Burger King. Read moreI walked into Burger King tonight for some cheese on my Whopper. I went in there and the cashier that was working the desk was I mean fine. She was the best looking thing in that store. I might just go back to Burger King just to say hi to her. I'm not over exaggerating here she was beautiful. The food probably tasted a little better cuz I got it from her. She look like she might be new. But the food was mediocre I wish I would have got an ice cream cone but I didn't. Fried fried for all right. Definitely weren't the best fries in the world but for $7.99 what do you expect. So on my free time you might catch me sliding through Burger King just to say hi.
