Just leaving there, probably for the last time at this location. I tell the people at a time that I want to send my receipt to my email. Most every time unless I say something the screen quickly shows other options to send a receipt like through email or text message or paper receipt. At the end of the transaction the people who work there hit a button at an automatically bypasses it unless you say something. I did say something this time and the person behind the counter didn't hear me and she said oh it automatically does that (Bypasses Options). She gave me the dirtiest look when I told her I wanted to send the receipt to my email and then she had to manually put it in herself. Then, when I got the drink you can see in the picture they shorted me and I asked are you going to fill that up to the top and she quickly put the lid on it says oh it's touching the top now. I rolled my ice and she said oh I can put the rest of what's in the blender in another cup. I just told her forget it and I asked for a straw and I left. Their attitudes in there are really stuck up like. They seem really entitled as well. I reminded them that I just spent $13 on a drink and if they were in my shoes what would they expect. I made an order via Doordash and when it arrived the food was cold to the touch and my smoothie incorrect.
Assuming the driver was at fault, I got a credit and then called Jamba (after re-ordering) to let them know and make sure I could get the correct order.
I spoke with Britni Y** and she was very helpful and made sure my order would be correct (not that I was even worried about it, I've never had an issue before anyways, I order Jamba daily with no issues)
She insisted on a free item voucher and I declined because it was unnecessary.
Once my food arrived I realized she gave me one anyways, was also the general manager, and she even discovered it was not the fault of Doordash at all.
%100 a perfect fit for management. I wasn't even calling to complain, it was to simply to check the drivers order in advance... Amazing customer service!!!
I'm not even going to use the free voucher. I couldn't care less about, but the fact she put it in my order anyways shows she cares about her customers.
I'll never order Jamba anywhere else! She deserves a raise.

Read moreMy wife and I have been on and off customers for the past year. We stopped going about 4 months ago because the quality of the smoothies was poor. My wife always orders the same and she noticed they were using more milk and less of the other (more expensive) ingredients. We walked in one day and there were 2 other customers in line and no staff in the building. We all waited for about 10 minutes and the 2 girls who were supposed to be working walked over from behind the bushes on the other side of the parking lot. Both seemed shocked to see customers waiting. Both also appeared to be under the influence. We recently returned and have had decent service. Today we walked in and were asked to put on a mask, 3 days before the mask mandates are scheduled to end. I have never worn a mask in this place and never been asked by staff to wear a mask. When I brought that to the attention of the chubby 20 something year old worker with the stupid “420” tattoo on his face, he told us we were being “childish”. We walked out and will never return.
