Okay the lettuce was more than 24 hours old very raggedy the sandwich was put together in a messy Manor everything dropped out the end the good part about it was just the meat everything else was sloppy sandwich was not cut in half all the way so when I reach down to cut it in half and fell apart it's cuz I had to pull the bread apart myself with my fingers and the the guy that was in charge that today Richard C 28th of January 1919 told me as an excuse that the lettuce was not no more than a day old after I looked at it and I ate a little bit of it and then threw the rest out he told me that which is the the manager is talking out of his butt and I don't like it when managers make up excuses for pork sandwiches especially the turkey carved turkey one that I had and the except for tries to make up for it for it by a tablet and telling me I'm wrong with the lettuce was only a day old so why would they put tired lettuce on a hand carved turkey sandwich and then make up excuses that that's what I was perfectly fresh lettuce from the manager it's not a very good manager tells the customer that they're wrong I only told him because I didn't want other customers to experience what I did and they could change the lettuce out and put fresh lettuce in so the sign of a good manager is to take the criticism as a positive not as a negative and defend so he was defend the fen defend and so I just turned my back and walked away thank...

It's an Arby's, but the service is the worst for an Arby's that I've ever seen.

The service here sucks. The people working the window will take an order and won't take the next person's order until they have completed that one. The main culprit is an older lady- when she isn't working, the drive-through works fine.

If they would take more than 1 order at a time, it wouldn't take 20 minutes and the cook could have multiple things going at once. Because they do it like this, throughput is massively decreased.

Honestly, I'm not going to submit a review on Arby's site. I've written a review, submit the complaint yourself. I'll just go to Taco Bell or McDonalds down the street. I'm not waiting 20 minutes when only 2 people are in...
