Absolute joke. Went in at 1215 to grab something for lunch - the smallest size with only cheese. Paid and sat down to wait. Expected about 5-10 minutes like with all the other locations. Nope. Almost an hour later and still no pizza. They refunded my payment and I left.
The next day I tried again, and called to see if they had a delivery driver. Of course not, they have maybe had one driver on two days since they opened. Pathetic. I’m not able to leave my office today so my SO offers to go pick up an order for me. Finish my order online only to see “ID AND CARD REQUIRED FOR PICKUP” are you fing serious right now? What an absolutely ridiculous policy.
So, he orders while he’s there and I’m on the phone with him to tell him what I’d like. The cashier was an absolute disrespectful c to him while she took the order and again, it took almost an hour for a small cheese pizza and one sub. This gets better too, as the pizza should have been the small - 9 slices - and was instead a mini which they tried to make 6 slices.
This place is just terrible. Constantly understated, they regularly send the servers who can serve alcohol home before the ones who can’t which means that you can’t order alcohol past 6-7ish. It’s NEVER busy and still takes upwards of an hour to get a single pizza or a pizza and a sub. The employees are insanely condescending and rude, have no organizational skills and rarely pay attention to dine in customers - hope you’re comfortable yelling across the establishment that you need a refill because they do not give a single f here about anything - their jobs, their food, their manners, or their customers.
Just go somewhere else, there’s way better establishments as a whole...
Read moreOrdered 1 large cheese pizza online and paid online. Came to pick up order that was to be ready in 30 minutes. Checked in at the store about 40-45 minutes later. Did not get my pizza at that time. Was told by person working register that those who have paid and check in need to go outside to wait. So, I went outside. After about 15 minutes, I went back in to check status of pizza, at this point it had been an hour since I ordered. Person at the register realized at that time he either gave out my pizza, or it was never made. He told me they were going to put it in now and it would be about 15 more minutes. The person at the register was trying to be nice, but obviously had trouble with other people canceling their order and another person was given his pizzas, but one of the pizzas was wrong. The person working taking out the pizzas was loud and frustrated. It was awkward listening to the disfunction of the employees. I finally got my pizza 1 hour and 22 minutes after it was ordered. The worker at the register did not offer me any discount for my trouble, but told me I should call the owner. My children love Gino’s pizza, but I will not go back...
Read moreHad the taste for it got a gyro pizza it was nasty not because of anything they did but I just didn’t like the taste. Pizza was pretty and fresh all that and I made the mistake by trying something new and I accepted my lose. They next week I ordered at 8:32pm they closed at 9 I got there the guy showed me the pizza ok cool it was pipping hot when I felt the bottom I thought it was going to be a great night. Got home took a bite and it was old pizza…disgusting. I wish I would had took a picture. I threw it away. I could tell that they just literally put my toppings on a grab and go. So I called the next day Amanda said that she’s sorry I didn’t enjoy it but there was nothing she was going to do. Because they make their pizza to order. That pizza was old and since they were closing that’s what I got old left over pizza from 6 o clock never again will I spend my money at any Gino’s. The consumer is always the perpetrator in this day and age they think everyone wants something for free when in reality I just want...
