I was a regular at Tim Hortons for a while but they became so inconsistent that I just gave up. It became so routine to order something online, have it handed to me then having to turn right back around to go to the drive through to have them fix my order- even for a simple coffee with cream and sugar. My last time I went there I ordered 4 DIFFERENT donuts online and when I went I received them I looked in the bag and saw 4 plain donuts- I checked the app to see if the mistake was on my end but no- they just carelessly threw 4 plain donuts in the bag- they didn’t even attempt to get the order right. I’m not the type give workers a hard time because I understand they’re probably understaffed and overworked but it has gotten to the point where they were completely careless. I really like Tim Hortons but I don’t come anymore because I don’t feel like the hassle of leaving just to turn right back around for constant errors for simple orders (my orders were basic. Read moreI have gone to this location regularly (at least once a week) for the past 4 months, since my office has moved here - its very close and I enjoy Tim Hortons. Though their speed is typically good, their customer service leaves something to be desired and I'd say my order is correct 50% of the time. They don't know how to make their own recipes it seems. I order the same sandwich the same way every time, and 1 week once I get my order I find out its cooked, with wilted, burnt lettuce with onion on a ciabatta bun, with no tomato, with mayo, and another time I order it its fresh and cold cut, and there's lettuce and tomato, no mayo add honey mustard. I find their staff to be unfriendly, and frankly, lacking in customer service skills. I mean, every time i order from here I'm nervous because they've gotten my order wrong THAT many times. I'm surprised this location is still...
Read moreTim's used to be a rare treat for me that was not only a great value, but delicious too. A croissant breakfast sandwich used to be under $3. Well, I just stopped by for the first time in a loooong time. The sandwiches are all about $5 or more now. That would be acceptable if they were actually good like they used to be. The sandwiches were all smashed and dilapidated(what im holding in the picture is a $5 croissant breakfast sandwich..). The egg and sausage seemed under cooked and the egg in the sandwiches was GREEN!!!!! They must just freeze and thaw now? The hash browns were nearly $2 per and they literally tasted like PLASTIC!! I ended up throwing almost all of it away and it cost $32! What a waste of hard earned money.. Would have went to chick-fil-a instead probably but it was Sunday..
Save your money and go...
