I had an absolutely awful experience! I will never go back to this location. Jordan refused to make my order the way I asked. I've been getting it this way everytime I eat there. A #9 add ham (I pay the upcharge) with the beef cooked. He advised that he could not make it that way and would have to call someone for permission. He never called anyone. He continued to slice the meats and cut everything but the ham. He then proceeded with the toppings. I asked again about the ham. He acted as if I had never said it before and then said oh I can't make it that way. Its not the way the sandwich is made. I advised that I placed a order for a party several weeks ago and ordered it with no problem and that I get it the same way at that location every time. I advised that he I couldn't do it they I wasn't going to buy it b/c its never been a problem. Jeffrey then jumped in and told him not to say anything. And I told him he's prepared my sandwich the way I requestes as well and shrugged his shoulders and he then said no he's not going to do. I asked for their names and a number for management. They advised and sarcastically said as they pointed at different employees in the restaurant giving their names as well and asked if I wanted anyone else's number b/c I could call who ever I wanted bc they weren't doing it and I could leave. They then walked to the back talking and laughing loudly so that I could hear them. Absolutely Unacceptable!!! I contacted Tracie Nash the Store Manger and will be awaiting a returned call. Read moreI wanted to share my experience with this Jersey Mike's this evening. My spouse and I decided to stop in and grab a couple of Cheese steaks prior to heading home for the evening. Let me preface this experience by saying--I never expect Jersey Mike's to be a fast moving environment but let's start the clock at about 16:50. Five young men attending to --at that time--about 3 customers in line. Our sandwich order taken at about 16:56. After that, I stepped outside to wait for our sandwiches. Several minutes pass, watching people come and go--online orders, I imagine. Taking a quick peek at my cell to realize that it was 17:22 and I then stuck my head back into the store and found my husband with a thoroughly furrowed brow and slightly steamed at that moment speaking with one of the guys behind the counter and finding out that our sandwich order had not even been started 😳. I stepped back outside to give myself some thought and determined that waiting even a few more minutes was unacceptable. Since we could've dropped $35 at any nearby sit down restaurant and probably would have received quicker food service I thought it was best to move on from being frustrated over the purchase of sub sandwiches. Read moreIf you hours ago, I went to this Jersey Mike’s on my lunch break. and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the start, the server seemed too busy to properly attend to customers, barely acknowledging my presence. When I placed my order for a Big Khauna with chicken and no jalapeños, she abruptly called for the next person in line without asking if I had any modifications or preferences.
Upon reaching the cashier to pay, I reiterated my order, only to find out that it had been prepared with jalapeños. This led to a remake being necessary. When the next person brought the remake, it turned out to be beef instead of chicken. Politely, I informed the server that I had requested chicken, to which she casually replied, "Oh, okay," and walked away.
Feeling patient, I kindly asked if she could also take the rest of my order. To my surprise, she proceeded to speak about me as if I couldn't hear, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect. She also remarked: oh that’s just how it is. Frustrated by the rude treatment, I decided to leave without receiving any food after the third attempt.
Overall, the service I received was incredibly disappointing. The server's dismissive attitude, numerous order errors, and the disrespectful conversation in my presence made for an unpleasant dining experience.
