SoulEdge: Bring Me to Life... Originally I was about to give this review 3 stars. Please read on.. I arrived in late afternoon. Inside the restaurant waiting for the server. The kitchen staff saying vulgar slangs in Spanish. Due to its freezing outside and since I'm hungry. I decided to stay. Inna my server (and the other female server) gave good service. I did tell her, that the area needed more lights and the bold lettering on menu is barely visible. Ordered Steak w/fries (option to switch a side) and Cheesecake. The turning point was. I noticed a female employee wearing a red business suit and another employee helped elder guests with table setting. Good gesture. Adding table lights & hearing music, nice touch. In spite of the horrible food and service our son...

For breakfast, I ordered their $15 breakfast combo that says it comes with “a drink of my choice”. Under the section labeled drinks, I ordered a smoothie. When I received the bill, I was charged $15 for the breakfast and $12 for the smoothie. I had to speak to the manager to have the $12 removed. She told me that my meal only came with coffee or juice. They should change the menu to read “coffee or juice” instead of “a drink...
