Starbucks — Restaurant in Miami Beach

This by far has been the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. I visit a Starbucks about 3-4 times a week, and this has just made me change my desire for the rich coffee. On Thursday night I enter this location where it was about 6pm, a very nice gentle took my order, which my colleague had order, while I was waiting the cashier was able to suggest a new drink since my favorite drink is now out of stock. I order a java chip frappe, A chestnut drink, A white mocha , and a regular latte. My order took about 10 mind to make and when I received the java chip frappe it was watery, I kindly ask the lady who made it why was it like that, not because I wanted to get a free one or complain but because it was for someone else, she rudely responded in a loud tone and stated that I've been here for more than 10 minutes and therefore the drink melts. I asked for her to make it again kindly and she gave me a attitude, she then made the drink and the drink wasn't the same, the whip cream was thorn on. lastly when my colleague try the drink it didn't taste the same, It wasted as if it had an excessive amount of coffee. I don't recall her name because she wasn't wear a name tag , but she dark skin, she was not well groom and it was only two of them working. Slow service and rude workers, especially one of the young ladies that was making the drinks on that particular day. Poor attitude and acted too good to be working there. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the baristas behave this way. Strange. Oh and despite there being at least 6 people behind that tiny counter it took them forever to make 5 simple coffee drinks for my order. 3 came out immediately and I waited another 15 minutes for the other 2 while they continued to work slowly and fill other orders. It wasn’t even busy. She forgot to add cream to one of the coffees and instead of saying sorry and offering to add it I had to ask for it myself! My husband and I are from Indiana and I used to work for Starbucks. He never liked going to any Starbucks other than mine because no one is as friendly and makes the drinks with as much as love. (Probably just saying that because he's my husband) but this location was awesome. They were so friendly! Made sure we felt welcomed, and our drinks were amazing! My husband was so impressed. The baristas as they were making the drinks even asked us to clarify our drink so they would get it right.
