Read moreI got served food that was probably made a week ago, the chicken was recooked at least 3 times and the meat was terrible, the worst cut you can get and some had a really weird taste... didnt come with tortilla and when I asked I received 3 "2inches" wide tortillas, it was ridiculous. No sauces you have to ask for some and i got like a little cup of spicy sauce. I ordered a fajita, it was at least 3 days old cooked vegetables cooked so many times they were almost black with no flavor at all. I am almost certainly sure that some people have returned the dish I got and they just reheated it before serving it to me. I have to admit that the salad was fresh and the little portion of guacamole was ok. They have a menu saying 50% off of everything which is at the end not true and here is why: My dish was 27$, I didn't say I wanted extra meat just I that I wanted chicken and beef. Didn't order anything to drink. So the bill should have been 13.5 dollars + a couple of dollars tax so about 15$ to 17$. But to my big surprise I receive a bill that was a little more than 30$, I told the waiter that there must be a mistake and he said the machine didn't put the discount on the 10 dollars extra for the extra meat that i never ordered. So I went to talk to the manager he said yeah I will remove the 5 dollars and I said it still doesn't add up to 25+ dollars. I told 2 of the waiters that the food was terrible that I didn't like it and told the manager as well, he didn't even deny it, and he knew it based on the way he acted then I said I will not pay more than 20 dollars for the crap they served me and we both started to get into a verbal fight... when I raised my voice and started saying I will not pay a surcharge on the bill for the crap food and people in the restaurant and on the street started looking he realized he is gonna lose more potential clients and just told me that I don't have to pay for the food. I think this place should be closed for sanitary reasons someone is gonna get food poisoning from this kitchen. Will never set a foot there. There is a reason this place has a 2.8 rating already I should have checked before I sat there. Answer what you want to my comment mister manager but you know I told the whole truth. Sincerely a deceived customer that rarely writes a review but people should know...
Read moreSo, I am not sure where to start this. I don't normally give bad reviews whatsoever, but it is personally well deserved. It might be a lengthy one.
To start off, the moment you walk in, this place apparently has an "entrace" and then a "main entrance", okay cool. Through the other entrance the place looks closed: chairs up, empty, barely any lights. Someone guided us to the other side to be seated. As we sat down, we were asked if we wanted any drinks, and out of the norm, without a warning, they just asked for a card to be on file. Which, if you don't read the message on the table, you get weirded out. We weren't drinking. So why exactly were they making a tab? The place was pretty much empty. Most of the waiters and waitresses were just standing around doing nothing. This policy really killed the reliability of this place for me, so I went to check the reviews on Google Maps. To my not-surprise, they were bad. Extremely over priced food, even if it was just for a person. If you wanted to add steak to your plate it was an extra $10, or anything else really was over $5. Mind you, the food quality this place has is worse than Chili's, yet somehow Chili's has better pricing, better taste, you can actually FEEL they made the food there. The service there is also way better. Service did not exist at this place. Waiter would randomly come in to take plates or cups that we were using, just to give us a new one and call that a "service". And the cherry on top, the MUSIC. Loud, obnoxious music. The music literally took the appetite away. Adding to that, the lack of air flow in that place. They have fans, but specifically were they sat us there was none. No one ever asked us if the food was okay, if we were okay, or if we needed anything else. Nothing. And honestly, to spend this much money at a place like this, I'd rather go home and cook myself. There is no enjoyable experience, no memorable service, the food is bland and low quality ingredients.
Soooooo... what am I being charged for? The inconvenience of being at a really bad, warm, and loud...
