Worst customer service ever. I ordered delivery and they sent the completely wrong order. I called and they put me on hold for an hour before hanging up. I called again and asked for a manager. The guy that answered asked me what happened, I told him and I asked for a manager again, he refused to give me his name & the manager never came to the phone after another hour on hold. I then called the customer hotline; after another hour plus on hold with them I began to tell the representative what happened and he informed me that in order to swap the pizzas or get my money back I would have had to bring my pizzas back to the store. I happily would have done that if I knew despite the fact that I paid for delivery AND tipped the driver 20%. When I told him that I didn’t know that, they hung up on me. I didn’t want a anything but my order exchanged for the correct one. I then wrote pizza hut through their website and nobody replied. I then just called the bank to get my money back as we couldn’t eat any of the food do to allergies. The bank replaced the funds into my account and this morning Pizza Hut reverses them. I used to order from them often, and stupidly I have since. I will never spend another dime there. The staff is rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time they have messed up either. The previous time I ordered they told me delivery would be 30 minutes and they took and hour and a half to get here. When I called after an hour passed they told me “well what do you want me to do? Cancel the order because it’s already on the way.” They’re horrible & I hope they clean house and hire better staff because basically Pizza Hut just got me for $28 for pizza...

I placed an order, December 13, 2018 for 2 medium supreme pizzas and Chicken Alfredo. I advised the representative I was at a hotel and we NEEDED plates, napkins, eating utensils, cheese & crushed peppers and to make sure she let them know. She told me she would and it would be 45 minutes. I called back maybe 15-20 minutes later to make sure we received the extras and immediately the young lady said she forgot. I then told her to call the driver and have them turn around because I wasn't going to except it and to make a whole new order because we wanted everything to be hot. She said she would. Another 30 minutes passed and I finally received a call telling me she was downstairs. My husband goes down and...she did not have the paper plates, forks or napkins. We did not expect it. I then call for the manager he kept me on the phone then on hold over 30 minutes and says after speaking with my manager, I can't give you a discount. I told him I wasn't looking for a discount. I wanted our correct order asap. He then puts me on hold to get approval from his manager....WTH!!! I'm paying for fresh hot pizza and pasta and you have to get approval??? 😡🤬😡🤬 I hung up after waiting over 15 minutes and my husband called it in from his phone. Hopefully we'll get it.

Received an email confirmation that my order has been received and that it is being made and delivery should be within 25-35 minutes. 40 minutes had passed and the status had still not changed. I called them to ask when can I expect my order and they said the delivery driver will call me when my order arrives. The person I spoke to was not very clear so I waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. I called again and I was informed that my order is not showing on the system and that it might already be delivered. I said I have not received anything and how can my order not appear when I have an email confirmation confirming my order. I was then asked if I could speak spanish as the store manager only speaks spanish which did not make sense as you would expect them to speak english in a tourist area.
