Farm To Fork Meals — Restaurant in Miami

Been a subscriber for 4 months, constant issues with delivers, and a few times with the food.

Several times, instead of leaving it at my door my food was left in a mailroom for 12 hours unrefrigerated, so when I picked it up it was warm.

Deliveries are never made at a normal time, always made between 1am and 3am, I don’t have control over the building’s front door when everyone is asleep, so if the front desk person isn’t there - they just leave and send you an email to pick it up at their location, which is out of the way, when you go to pick up the food - they say they don’t have it, and they don’t have any record of my food being delivered to the store, despite showing emails where it clearly says it will be available for pickup.

I stopped ordering meatballs, because few times I got them, they were raw inside, undercooked.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I gave this company a chance...

I used this service a few years back and couldn’t remember why I cancelled. I decided to utilize them again and it’s been a terrible experience. I’m trying to get a refund for food I didn’t receive and it’s been a back and forth dispute. I use several meal prep services bc I enjoy switching up my meals and have never had an issue. This is one of the more pricier services I’ve used and you think they wouldn’t make it so hard to resolve a problem. I have recently developed a lot of food sensitivity and really struggled with meal prep. My diet is now Paleo which involves a lot of veggies. I do not like cooking veggies or really cooking much at all. I have tried many meal prep companies and by far this is the best for healthy choices that are delivered fresh. The veggies are diverse and the food is delicious. They deliver twice a week so the food is always fresh. The way the spice the food or even put in a yummy sauce is my favorite.
