If I could give this place zero stars I WOULD!! I am absolutely outraged at every aspect of this restaurant and would not recommend this place to anyone. I am a huge foodie and have ate at restaurants all across the United States. My friend and I decided to try a food center, Julia and Henry's, in downtown Miami that this restaurant is located inside. Her experience has made us never want to return. The service at Tacotomia was -100000000/10. Absolutely horrible!! I understand having a bad day, or being slightly impatient, but the way the workers treated my friend was horrifying. First when she tried to order and ask a question the lady looked at her crazy and spoke in a very derogatory tone. Then the lady refused to take her order (unsure if maybe she didn't understand her because my friend spoke english), but she forced another lady to take her order. Yet the first lady continued to gave her a dirty stare while she ordered. When she came back to pick up her order which was Birria tacos (not good by the way), they did not dip the tacos in consume, give her consume, or double layer the corn tortillas. I had to remind the lady to include the consume and she gave me so much attitude for asking for. it The prices here are outrageous $16 for two tacos, I am from Los Angeles and that is honestly robbery especially because of the terrible service. Both servers but especially the one had terrible etiquette. Overall extremely disappointed, but not surprised by this type of behavior. The tacos were not even good. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!

I heard so much about this place, lately from Oscar Meza (LA CAPITAL youtube channel). I left extremely dissapointed. Food was bland, no flavor on either the Pastor or Birria tacos. Birria tacos were missing the cheese and tortillas on both tacos were very soggy, almost falling apart. Also, why no double tortillas? What really threw me off was the price, those were some very expensive tacos. I thought they were gonna be something else for $37.72 inlcluding a mexican coke. I've had my share of amazing pastor and birria tacos in CDMX, so I know what I am talking about. Also, chef/owner wasn't friendly, not rude or anything, but a smile and a thank you go a long way. Just saying.

I'll only give it 2 stars because the food wasn't that bad but it wasn't the best taco I've ever had. We ordered two "machetes" of birria and brisket and they lacked flavor, they were good but they weren't that great. What made the experience worse was the attention, horrible! They do not give you cutlery or napkins, terrible treatment for the consumer and when we asked for napkins and cutlery they treated us very badly and gave us the wrong indication of where to take them. I do not recommend this place, I will not return.

I had a terrible experience at Tacombi at Julia and Henry’s this past Sunday. Mainly because of the service. The waitress, an older, short, dark-haired lady, treated me horribly. I clearly told her from the start that I wanted the chilaquiles to go, but she served them in a bowl. When I reminded her they were to go, she got upset and said, “You should have told me that earlier.” I explained that I had already told her, but she called me a liar.

On top of that, I asked if my chilaquiles could be spicy, and she charged me extra for it—something I’ve never seen at a Mexican restaurant. To make matters worse, the chilaquiles were dry, and I’m convinced she did it on purpose.

I wouldn’t return to this place just because of the awful service I received. Truly...

This is outlandish. The prices here for one taco is $7 for a small tortilla with a little bit of beef. It is incredible, it's not even handmade, there's no salad. There's no dressing no sour cream, no tomatoes, no nothing. There's nothing on it, but a pre packed made Tortilla. With some warm meat for $7 dollars each. My total for this two small tortillas came out to be $17 plus, because on top they add an automatic 18% of gratuity.. now remember this review is just for people to be ready to pay for what I consider to be atmosphere/ location, there's nothing to see here. It's just the road with fancy stores... o and there is very little to no parking... again, my reviews are educational. Trying to be...
