I’ve never taken my dog to more caring, clean, respectful, loving place than City bark. My dog it’s not very friendly but she loves the staff at City bark. They treat her really well and she comes out of her shell and gets along with them. During Christmas. They did something really cute. They dressed up my dog and took Christmas pictures and sent them to me. Before that, They sent me pictures of her playing before that showing me her progress and how she was doing when I first left her there. The pictures should be how she was getting along with other dogs, and how she was acting at City bark and I was surprised to see her not as anxious as she always is, so I was very happy that I did not even have to ask and they had sent me videos and pictures of her progress .These people really are amazing. The owner is the sweetest person She really loves dogs and animals and loves what she does also I’ve Never had a place I’ve taken her that has groomed her so well she look like 1 million bucks. Luba (one of the owners) is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She’s incredibly attentive and always notices if something seems off with my two pups. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at ease every time I drop them off.

The rest of the staff is just as wonderful — always kind, smiling, and genuinely engaging with the dogs. I love that they’re never just locked in cages; they get to play, interact, and be loved on throughout the day.
