Ammos Vacation Rentals Miami — Local services in Miami

I rented room 616 in Sunny Isle FL for 2 days. I made sure when I entered the room to take a video of how I received the room, and I did a video right before checking out. This room has wear and tear but it was clean. I noticed that the key scanner was completely damaged from inside the room, which made me feel unsafe. I took a picture of the damaged door lock and sent a text message to the management company, and they never addressed me back. When it was time for me to check out, I did my fue diligence to video the room so that everything shows that I left the room intact. Hours later, after I checked out, I received a text from some lady from Ammos management falsley accusing me of a cracked hole that was found in the bathroom sink, I ask that she send pictures which she did but I can tell that the cracked hole was done after I checked out. I strongly believe this is a scam that they create to scam you for your deposit. This management company lacks professionalism and doesn't provide any hospitality with my stay. I am now gathering my evidence and looking into taking it further legally. These scams shouldn't be tolerated, specifically when you are following their rules and protocols and returning the room to them in good condition. I strongly do not recommend Ammos Vacation Rental. If you see this name attached to an Airbnb I would avoid it at all cost. We tried staying at one of their properties while evacuating for a hurricane. We called and confirmed it would be ok for a late check in they assured it would be fine. Arriving to the property our code wouldn’t work trying to get in touch with them mid night with a very sleepy very cranky 1 year old was difficult. They finally call us back after 15 minutes. We got inside and immediately knew the ac wasn’t working. Trying to be kind, know there was nothing they would or could do at midnight we didn’t bother the host. When we woke up trying to connect the WiFi to put something on for our toddler to watch we realized we had no WiFi either. We called the host let them know the ac wasn’t working and they told us maybe someone would be able to come today but couldn’t give us time. It was 80 degrees inside, as adults we could have handled it and been miserable but with a baby it just wasn’t practical to stay here unsure whether we’d have ac for a bed time. We talked to the host they agreed to refund us one night because we had to leave and it want our fault.
