True Baristas Coffee | 777 Brickell — Restaurant in Miami

*response to owner : you are lying to avoid honest objective feedback. Being in the industry, I have an appropriate standard for dining and service, and my other reviews have a mix of ratings which reflect this, ranging from 5 star to 3 star to 1 star, which anyone who actually checks my profile can see.

Based on the facts, you have made it clear that you want to take the lazy and classless way out rather than addressing customer concerns about your business.

*Review : Shady .. lady told me to pay without mentioning the total charge , holding up an iPhone who’s screen is turned away from you..when you ask the final amount , they just turn it in your face , not even verbalizing the amount which is customary standard operating procedure at any point of sale.

I’m sure they’ve overcharge people in this way as the bulk of their clientele are people on foot in a rush quickly moving to office, etc. as it’s a coffee truck . They don’t have drip coffee. Cold brew should’ve been half the price it was for the strength. Inauthentic 5 star reviews if you actually...

This place clearly put "try our macha" sign but actually do NOT have matcha. The worst was I waited for 10min before I was told that they didn't have matcha. The only girl working there was too busy to even talk to me and told me to wait until she's ready for me. And off course when I told her I wanted matcha, she said, "We dont have matcha".... uuggghh!

Update: they purposely left the sign (a portable plastic tabletop banner that easily removed) "try our matcha" on the counter eventhough they "knew" they run out of matcha. I went back half an hour later the sign was still there. I then confronted the worker for the misleading sign. She just smiled and still kept the sign. Why let the customer wait for something that you know you run out of??? That's the reason I gave 1 star...
