Worst customer service I have ever had in my life tonight. It starts when I pull up to the machine and get the robotic voice saying hello welcome to McDonald's. I replied saying yes I would like to order a spicy chicken sandwich. I paused after saying that, waiting as I always do for, okay what's next? Well this time I heard nothing I reapeted with, hello? Also with no response I kept reapeating myself too no answer. Again and again with no response until waiting for four minutes. I then placed my order, with her not having any enthusiasm in taking my order. Very disappointed with how she treated me over the speakerphone. She could not hear anything I was saying and kept messing up my order. my car was not running and she was still messing up everything numerous and numerous times. I finally then got my order placed and waited for 20 minutes until I reach the second window. The first window was closed. When she finally came to my window, I asked what is the hold up. She said in an angry tone of voice and with no welcoming feel she replied with a cluster of words that I did not understand. I replied asking if there was anything that she could do, because of the long wait. She replied with no. So I gave her my card and was charged full price for my order. I asked for a receipt which she must've not heard me. When she came back with my food after about two more minutes, I replied with I will be writing a complaint on Google if you will not do anything for me and my inconvenience. I do not like to be hard on people but this was just straight disrespectful. She responded with go write a complaint on Google I don't care. She gave me lots of sass and definitely did not have a smile or a professional feel. I then took my order and drove off, once arriving at my house come to find out that she had not got the right order. There was no receipt in the bag and I did not want to drive back and deal with that again. I believe she had told me she was the only one working. Which is something I know that they could have worked out even if somebody did not show up for their shift they should have found someone else. Although when she told me that there was nobody else working, I heard her talking to other workers in the back. I do not plan on returning to this location and I do not recommend anyone to go to this location. I normally don't write reviews but this one was just over-the-top. I wish there was something that she could have worked out for me then I would have left in a better mood, this was definitely not customer satisfaction. right before I left I asked for her name and she replied with Yalela. Read moreGood location, competent employees, seem to do ok w/COVID regs as the employees I see are usually wearing masks, gloves (tho I'm unsure how often they change them out- it's reassuring to see them on) & keep interactions very brief. They rarely miss anything on my orders as they always read back a portion (or all) of it prior to having u pay (tho w/ANY fast food place, I recommend ALWAYS doing a quick bag/receipt check before driving away as they deal w/multiple orders at a VERY fast pace & always have more than one employee pitching in on the same order, so on occasion, things may get lost in that quick transaction, which is to be expected with the speed they're forced to move. Be proactive & briefly scan/check ur order whenever possible, to ensure u get what u asked for before driving away. And as a bonus hint; specify "FRENCH fries" or "a sprite TO DRINK" when ordering either of those bc I've been told from employees that "fries" & "sprite" almost sound identical on their headset & often get mixed up bc of this). My kids, our dog & I typically use the drive-thru so I can't speak much to the restaurants' interior cleanliness, but from what I CAN see, it seems to be acceptable. Just don't hold me to that. I gave it 4*'s bc they seem to ALWAYS be SLAMMED -_-. Whether adding to their staff would help correct this or what, idk? And BC of the constant rush they're in, they have little time to even make eye contact w/you let alone smile, which leaves the customer to employee interaction feel rather "cold & uncaring" & likely tanks their customer service ratings that imo, (imo= "in my opinion) would otherwise likely be pretty great!) :) . They also have u pull forward or into their "waiting spots" A LOT just to have the employee walk out w/ur order a mere moment later which seems rather unnecessary & a waste of that employees (& YOUR) time. I assume they feel they must do this to keep the line moving, but imo, they should only resort to that when absolutely necessary. They likely slow down more from employees running in & out when they could be assisting inside to make the process smoother & quicker (unless of course they're hired as "food runner's" & nothing more, in which case I take that part back xD). Of course I've never been employed there so maybe there's something idk? Overall, a good location. Just expect a wait time at most hours of the day. Never expected to write such an extensive review for a Micky D's!?...
Read moreI am so sick of this location. I am not a big fan of Mcdonalds food, but This location is very close and I sometimes get cravings for mcflurries. So I have gone to this location 3 times for one. here is what has happened. the first 2 times I asked for rolo and oreo combined. I guess that's just way to complicated because they just cant seem to figure out how to put 2 flavors in one Mcflurry. So the 3rd and most fantastic visit. Tonight I went there and they started out well, they even wrote it on the screen correct. The total was $3.17. I got to the pay window and gave the gal $3.17 in change. I had to count it out a couple times for her, but she finally got it and accepted the payment. then I went to the next window and they tried to hand me a bag. I was like "ummmm what is this?" They said you didn't order 2 parfaits? I was like "ummm no" and she said to me " Well you only paid like 2 something" and walked off. so about 3 minutes later she comes and hands me this horrible looking caramel all over the place and all over the outside of the cup. I asked ok, is there Oreo in there? She said you didn't pay for Oreo and that I didn't even pay enough for the Mcflurry. I am still trying to figure out what the hell was going on, but I said "No I paid $3.17 the amount that the screen said when I mad the order." So she decided to argue with me and tell me I was wrong and that I paid a different amount. I know what I paid because I counted out the change to the girl at the back window multiple times. I was just so freaking pissed that not only did they screw up my order. ( I mean I only ordered1 freaking thing, and I was the only person in line) ( I am still trying to figure out where they got the other order that was not mine, sense I was the only person in line) But then they basically were calling me a thief. I have never been so offended by some really rude and ignorant drive through employees in my life. I just was done arguing with them at this point and drove off. I didn't want to spend my night arguing with them all night over a buck. But now I am pissed that they got my $3.17 for nothing. So I am writing this post. not like it will...
