Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Midvale

They have outdoor seating with fans, but I would probably only use it early spring late May end of September October because Utah is a desert state and I cant fathom eating outside in 100 degree heat.

Anywho they have a drive thru weird parking you will see what I mean when you go. They have pick up order parking which was fine.

The staff is very friendly and they explain the menu to you. The menu is pretty simple as just fries, chicken coleslaw, and toast. They have lemonade that they say that they make in house with cane sugar to me. It tasted like Sprite with minute lemonade I don’t know, but that’s what it tasted to me . They have their special sauce, which I actually did not like nor my husband. It has a lot of vinegar it’s fruit it’s definitely you have to have a taste for it which we did not. They do not have ranch or any other sauces. It’s just a secret sauce and ketchup, which was unfortunate because not everybody is a fan of their secret sauce. I can’t explain their secret sauce. It’s like fried sauce, which is mayo Ketchup a lot of seasoning way over seasoned and like vinegar that’s what it taste like. It was pretty busy when we got there and it’s really loud so we’re trying to have a business meeting there. I’d probably say don’t go there because you won’t be able to hear anybody around you so just a heads up on that it’s very loud and they do not have any TVs or anything there they do have Coke products for those of you that like Coke products and they also have iced tea Overall would I go back? No we did like the crinkle fries and the toast when we got home. We actually use some branch on it which tasted a lot better, but yeah it’s not our it’s not a cup of tea obviously it is for a lot of people because it’s always busy, but it just wasn’t up...

After a really horrible morning I decided to try cheer myself up with some raising canes for the first time. This location always caught my eye because of it being post Malone inspired. I go through the drive through and order something super basic. This was in the afternoon and there were no cars in the drive through other than me. I swear when I finished ordering she said to go to the 1st window. I had a lot on my mind that day so maybe she said 2nd and I just misheard but at the time I thought she said 1st. I pull up to what looks like the first window. The window is shut I wait a couple seconds before getting on my phone and pulling out my maps to get back home from there so I couldn’t have been on my phone for that long at all. Still no cars behind me and I hear a guy working in the drive through scream something along the lines of “get off your f-ing phone” and look up to see they’re waiting at the second window. I should’ve just took off and saved my money for the Dave’s hot chicken down the road where not only is the food better but the people seem nicer. But I felt defeated in my day and just wanted food at that point. I would like to add I work in costumer service, specifically a drive through. It is annoying when someone’s on their phone and holding up a line. I was not even holding up a line and I still get that it is still annoying but I would never yell at someone like that. A “hey you” would have sufficed. This is just a reminder you never know what people are going through. I wasn’t holding up a line, I Was only one there waiting at the window. I thought they told me to pull up to the first window it happens. But I will never probably go there again. Just felt like there was a bunch of mean girls/ boys working...

Very disappointing for being a "celebrity" fast food location. I understand why it was busy with all the tourists looking at it, myself included. But the food left a bad first impression. I am not impressed. The chicken tenders tasted like they were completely unseasoned and some of the breading was still soggy and undercooked. I did not use the fry sauce because I am not a fan. Ketchup is disgusting and the smell was so strong in the sauce. I asked for BBQ sauce and they said they don't carry it, then gave me the worst hot sauce I ever had. What chicken place does not have BBQ sauce?! The fries were gross and the toast had a weird extra flavor to it. Everyone was telling me that Cane's chicken is better than Chik Fil A and Zaxby's, but I bet to differ. I do not want to go back to this place if the food will be the same. I had higher hopes because it was redone for Post Malone, but I guess "celebrity" quality is worse than normal quality. I'm not going to lie and love the place just because a singer designed it. Don't get me wrong, he has really good music that I listen to daily. But this doesn't make the food taste any better. I also had my sister with me who is allergic to gluten.
