Most unpleasant food pick up experience I have ever encountered… only person in there waited forever for Wingstop order ... Outside of the gentleman who walked in to start work who owns Blac Bistro kitchen in there and was very nice and helpful when he walked in and asked had i been helped after I'd been waiting alone at the front for 5 minutes,the staff was rude...when I asked where my Wingstop order was after 15 minutes the man at the front said delay is due to fries being cut fresh, but it was already within 2 min of latest promised time window for pickup... he then asked would I liked them to give it away... Finally got my order 5 minutes after...

What a great idea however in reality it is impossible to order food here. The website shows no restaurants and the kiosks show all restaurants are closed that are inside. The woman at the front desk wearing a very cute knitted hat looked at me like I was crazy when I asked how do you order here. She stated they are having power issues. Being a downtown resident and employee I would have loved to utilize such a fantastic idea however this is poorly executed on and unfortunately the small business owners are paying for it. Everyone that walks in are so confused with this concept. No directions or instructions and all the technology...

I order at 10:24pm boneless 6 piece combo and a 6piece wing Mix and match combo with fries I didn’t get my order until 11:38pm I got home and open the bag and notice we was missing our fries which was 2 with our combo been calling since last night no answer and also our food was cold which I’m not understanding why I need to be reimbursed for my fries with my combos or I need my orders replaced this was all that was in the bag and I also know the man that handed me my food it’s sad they rushed because it was almost time for them to close and my whole order...
