Smokin’ Jack's BBQ (3rd St. Market Hall) — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Expensive, average BBQ for the portion size. I come to the 3rd St Market Hall all of the time and wanted to try them. Tried to order pickup on the website or through the QR code, but the online ordering system showed that every single item was unavailable. So I went in person. Wanted to get the 3 meat platter, but they were out of rib tips. So I decided to get the brisket and chicken. Both meats were decent, but were in extremely small portion sizes for the price. Sides were tiny too. Cornbread was good though. Wanted to upgrade one of my sides to mac and cheese as that was listed on the online menu, but they said they haven't sold that for a long time. That's ridiculous as mac and cheese is a staple with BBQ. The customer service representative/ cashier was very rude and unprofessional. I was going to place an order with a double meat combo and both of my meats. No I’m sorry the beef brisket and the was like oh you can’t do that. You have to choose one of each meat ,but they can’t be too serving of the same meat because there is a limited quantity that they have so the demeanor in which he use his body language along with his words were rude and unprofessional and then versus him indicating that they were cashless, I pulled out cash and he told me oh no you can go put that cash on the card and then come back versus just using the terms that we are a cashless establishment.
