This used to be my favorite restaurant, but this place is quickly going downhill. They have become very sloppy. It seems like every time I come in the sandwiches have less food in them. The service is horrible as well. The staff is unfriendly and not knowledged. They also have a punch card for their bubble tea (if you buy 10 you get 1 free), I was here today and had all ten punches and they told me that stopped doing punch cards. They didn't even give me my free one. I'm so done with this place. I travel from Hales Corners to come here and I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm Vietnamese myself and have eaten a lot of home made pho and other restaurant pho, yet I'm not a pho expert. So don't take this too literally. The pho had an awkward cinnamon taste to it which took away from that rich beef broth. I enjoyed everything else from the spring rolls to the pork bun and to the banh mi sandwiches, just the pho had that awkward taste to it. Will go again if I'm ever craving me some pork buns - still craving them now actually....
