Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Minneapolis

There were 4 employees and barely any customers, yet the service was extremely slow. Requested toasted bagels with cream cheese. They don't put the cream cheese on the bagel, you have to do it yourself. This is so inconvenient, the point is to pay for convenience as you're on the go. You may need to eat as you're walking, jumping on the bus or taking metro. I even had to cut my own bagel. I requested toasted, it wasn't even cut. Why did it take so long to give us our food if you didn't even cut it or toast it!? Because of that it makes it even more difficult to do on the go. Employees don't smile and looked miserable. It's only 9am. There was coffee all over the floor. I mentioned it, someone came to clean it up but didn't clean it all. They didn't bother moving the stool. Also, most of the breakfast options were out of stock. It's 9am on a Saturday, how do you not have food available? Way over priced especially if you have to do...

Don't think I am ever coming back here even though I work a block away from this store.

I ordered a blended drink and wanted it with a shot of cream. I had to repeat myself 3 times about adding cream. Ended up paying $7 for a drink that wasn't blended well at all. All of the ice was on top and the juice/syrup on the bottom. No cream in there at all either even though I asked multiple times.

I’d give a 5-star+ review for the two ppl working Saturday morning 8/30 at 10 am. I’d give no stars to the corporation and management for staffing a very busy morning on a holiday weekend with two people. What are you thinking! This is my first time patronizing and I won’t be back. These two individuals should be making $50 per hour while your corporation rakes it in. As a privately held co I’d expect more. They worked nonstop at a pace I’m certain your owners could not tolerate. AND they somehow maintained a polite and...
