I never realized it was possible to be too incompetent to run a McDonald’s even somewhat efficiently until trying to get food at this location. The one time they somehow managed to get me through the drive-thru within the span of an hour they still somehow got the order wrong when I was one of two cars there. Tonight I thought I’d give them another chance and grab some food on the way into work. I thought wrong. I pull up to the drove through and there’s maybe 4 cars there including me so it was by no means a rush, especially for normal dinner hours, so I thought “nice, I should be able to get my food and make it to work in plenty of time!” I thought wrong. So it takes about 10 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to get their orders in and it thought “ This is fine, they probably just have some big/complicated orders.” I thought wrong. I get to the window and the operator says “one moment please.” So it thought “that’s fine, he’s probably gotta take care of a simple task real quick.” I thought wrong. After more than 5 minutes of waiting at the speaker I had to just leave the line as I would’ve been late to work had I waited the whole time it would’ve taken to get my food. Some say the people who were ahead of me in line are still waiting to get their order or for it to be correct to this day. Read moreThe tables are always filthy, and there is often homeless people hanging around, and yelling inside. The employees are very unprofessional they gossip alot, and discuss whats on facebook, and often confuse orders, and argue as well as yell like the homeless at eachother arguing and gossiping about costumers throughout the day i have also seen some of them dipping their hands into the fries and other foods as they cooking it please someone fire these people and get health inspectors in this mcdonalds immediately. If i could leave a no star review i would or a negative 5 stars i would why isnt that an option for reviews would be more honest system, anyway this mcdonalds is one the worst i ever been too, and i am here now theyve in five minutes confused 4 orders, one customer just returned a bigmac and demanded her money back upset, one guy an employee is slamming Burgers on the counter. Its ridiculous and absurd in a horrid way. Everyone gets cantankerous being here for any length of time. Im going too the burger king from across the street from now on and burger king has spicy nuggest that is awesome. Read moreOrdered and paid for a large ice caramel coffee through the app and I walked up to the store only to find the lobby is closed. So, we had to go back in the car and go through the drive-thru. When we get to the speaker and explain we ordered on the app, they tell us to drive up to the window. We get to the window and tell them the order number and that we paid on the app, and after some time and calling over the manager they ask if we ordered anything else at the speaker that we need to pay for. We tell them no, we already paid for the coffee on the app. They tell us to go to the next window. At the next window, the lady tries to hand us a whole meal and we tell her that isn’t our order and that we have an iced caramel coffee. She goes back and then brings it to the window to hand it to us. I took a sip of the coffee and it is the worst iced coffee I’ve ever had, watered down and no caramel flavor. I’m so upset that we went through all of this trouble only to get a subpar drink experience. McDonald’s coffee is usually really good and great value.
