There is not a star for a Zero for Service. I am here in Mobile for the first time at a conference. My sister sorors were dining at this restaurant due to a drink they created for our sorority. There were 2 servers along with a greeter/male. The waitress took our order and continued to take orders at other tables. Where we were sitting we could see the orders come up. Both waitresses allowed the food to sit and a lot of food was being put out for the servers to take to the tables. At some point we had to tell one of the waitresses that our food was just sitting. Of course it was cold, we asked for it to be re-cooked. Even when it came out hot the waitresses were still leaving it sitting at the station. My daughter had to get up and go get the food. The cook finally came out to try and assist and it was found that our waitress hadn't even put in our entire order. So we waited again. The Manager allowed all that food to just sit and not even try to get it out to the customers. After he finally started helping along with the greeter who was just standing around, the food was cold and customers were sending it back. A total waste of food. Once we were finally done the waitress took forever bringing the ticket. So one of my sorors asked the manager when we were going to get our ticket. When the manager asked the waitress she says, "I'm not their waitress anymore,I'm sick of them". So at that point we are all upset. We walk over to the manager and he says we can go. So we say what about the ticket he says don't worry about it. Another waste. How is Wet Willie's profiting off such a sorry manager and waitress??? The manager told us in the beginning he was told that our group would be there 6 weeks prior. Why weren't they prepared for more than 5000 women in their city. I am going to spread the word not to go to this restaurant. This is unacceptable. Kudos to the female cook. She was trying to make it right. The manager, greeter and the 2 waitresses need to be FIRED. We are ALL PROFESSIONAL WOMEN. Prepared to pay didn't need nothing free. Owners of this restaurant need to wonder where their money is going. The drinks,...

We initially walked down town to eat at a different restaurant but they were closed. We were beyond thankful after our experience at Wet Willie’s. From the moment we walked in, Nicole made us feel right at home. She acknowledged our children in a way that made them feel seen and like they were part of the experience. It made my momma heart happy to see them comfortable enough to order their own food and drink at 2 & 4. She was attentive, caring and so personable. Felt like we were just chatting with an old friend. Aside from the FANTASTIC service we received, the food and drinks were delicious. We don’t usually get Mexican cuisine outside of our home state of Texas, but the tacos and quesadillas looked too good not to try. The food was phenomenal, great taste, appearance, and portion. The tortillas on the quesadillas gave it a little something special. The drinks were of course very tasty and they have tons of options to serve everyone’s liking. You will not be disappointed in visiting Wet Willie’s, especially if you have the pleasure of being taken care of by Nicole! 10 out of 10 would...

So I walked in with my wife at 8:30 pm so she could get her a daiquiri. We were carded at the door and I told them I wasn’t drinking due to be a DD. They said good and allowed us in. We walked up to the counter and picked up a menu. We were approached by a young lady behind the counter who said we couldn’t be served. I asked why. She said because after 8 they have a dress code that didn’t allow hats. I said we weren’t told that at the door. She said she wouldn’t serve me... I told her I wasn’t getting anything.. she then said she wouldnt serve either one of us.. I said thank you and walked out.. on the way out I saw a manager and asked why we couldn’t be served.. he said he didn’t know. I told him supposedly it was because of my hat... he said yes there was a dress code... I then asked why I couldnt be served but the black gentleman with a skull cap/ do rag was being served.... I got no response.... if you are going to enforce a dress code do so no matter what color of my skin.. will never be back......

We were looking for a place open on Sunday, where we could park (nearby) in the shade... happened upon this place, looked at their menu before we got out of the car (I don't eat red meat, don't eat fried food, and I'm diabetic, so looking for veggie, grilled or broiled seafood or chicken; not easy to find in the "Deep South!") So, we took the plunge and headed into a cool, low- lighted (perfect for me!) high- ceilinged building, with short and tall tables, smiling, accommodating staff, and, surprisingly delicious food!!! What a gem! (Though I don't drink, many will love their large selection of frozen drinks - my husband had the Mango!) I come from a family of gourmet cooks, chefs, and bakers and I know what good food is - and, it exists here! Highly recommend!!! We had some of the best spinach artichoke dip I've ever tasted; Gabriel had the pulled chicken quesadilla, I had the Buffalo wings (which are baked, not fried!) And we split a Ceasar salad with grilled shrimp. Everything was great!!! 👏 amazing

I've always heard about this place, but I decided to stop by here recently. I didn't try the food, but the frozen drinks are wonderful. Be sure to get a taste test before you decide, and get ready for a bombtastic beverage. Be careful though, they do NOT skimp you on potency. I got the large Call-A-Cab, and it was the only thing I needed to drink the entire night. It got me to that, "This is awesome and I can socialize, but should probably make sure I cross the street extra careful," level. Love that!
