Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Mooresville

I was in last Wednesday and two girls welcomed me in and helped me trying to figure out what to order for my family. As I was deciding, many other customers walked in. The two girls very quickly made my food and one of them told me to wait momentarily for her coworker in the back to come cash me out. She asked him twice to help and he ignored both of her requests (I saw him just on his phone by the sink). I was waiting for quite some time at the register before one of the girls just decided to cash me out. While I was making drinks, the man finally exited the back WITHOUT A MASK or beard net. He began dealing with money and food back and forth without washing his hands, wearing gloves or a mask. I was horrified. By this time the restaurant was quite busy so I did not get a chance to ask for a manager but I did not feel comfortable eating my food I paid for. I will not return and I have warned friends and family that this location does not care about...

Walked in to order carry out. Asked for a salad in a tortilla bowl. Romaine lettuce. This girl gave me such a small handful I thought she would get another but didn’t. Got retried beans, and she scooped them and them dropped most of it back in the pot so I got a drizzle on top and I had to ask her to please give me a little more. Shrimp, which they count and I’m ok with that, green peppers with onion and the girl at the register said that’s extra. Ok I got two slices of onion And two strips of green pepper for 75 cents. Corn, salsa and guac. The scoops are already child size and they fill each scoop halfway. Done here. When she was done my shell was half full and didn’t even touch the sides of the shell. 14.00 later I got a small salad in a shell and a drink. Ridiculous. No more for me. Food was good but service was some of the worst my girlfriend and I have ever had. First time coming here and the blonde behind the counter rushed us through the entire process. We had no clue what we wanted or what was available and while we ordered we seemed to be a burden to her which was made obvious by here frequent eye rolls and sighs throughout the entire order. We asked for a side of chips and she seemed put off that she had to go to the end of the food line to grab a bag and the portions after that on our second meal ordered were drastically smaller.
