McDonald's — Restaurant in Morristown

I go to this McDonald’s a lot especially after shopping or etc. First thing I have to say is the food here is better than any McDonald’s I’ve had so far in my life. It’s cooked correctly and presented correctly like it should be. I worked in fast food for a couple years and I get that sometimes it’s not the best quality and that we don’t get paid enough to make fine dining presentations of a burger. But what I got tonight was the most poorly made McDoubles and Fries I have ever received. To start off the buns were rocked hard. Not the just edges but the middle of the bun was rock hard. Like how in the world do you think that’s ok to serve? The ketchup and mustard or whatever sauce they put on it was like plopped onto the side so the whole bun was covered in ketchup basically making it messy to even grab out the bag. Another problem was THEY DIDNT EVEN WRAP THE BURGER IN A WRAPPER. It was so bad I had to stop my car in the middle of the road to see it if this was actually happening. When I got home I pulled all the food out and Jesus save us all. I open the burger…… THE PATTY WAS HALF COOKED ON ONE SIDE AND THE OTHER NOT. LIKE HOW?!?! There was a-lot more wrong with the burger but i think i said enough to the point I don’t need to explain any further. Now if you read this far your probably thinking “what about the fries?” The fries were simply cold and soggy and they didn’t fill the fry box up like it was half way full. I’m glad I didn’t eat this blasphemy of fast food and notice this off of just touching it alone while driving. To sum this all up. The food was horrible to the point I wouldn’t even consider giving this to a homeless person. I called to complain about it saying that they need to throw out all the bread they have cause this isn’t consumable and I hit them with the homeless line too. And lady over the phone simply said. “We’ll make you a new one” Like seriously you think after all I said I want another one? Absolutely not. The call ends after I went off and to be honest I could’ve been a little nicer on the phone. But now I think about it I had every right to be this upset cause at this point I felt disrespected off a MCDOUBLES and FRIES. Now I’m considering contacting either A. Corporate B. Tennessee health department Or C. Both. Cause I hate to say this but that McDonald’s should be investigated like cmon how u mess up this bad. It’s obvious they don’t care about the quality of their food and someone could’ve gotten really sick off of this and that’s a lawsuit right there and nobody wants that unless it’s absolutely necessary. My husband and I went to pick up the mobile order I had placed. We parked in curbside pickup number 3 and I finished the order at 10:34 pm. At 10:55 pm my husband went inside to ask about our food. He showed them the order with the date, time and location stamp on it; at which point he was told that was not enough proof that we had actually placed an order and refused to give him the food. I then went inside it with where I was greeted with a smile until they saw my husband. The employee (I wished I had gotten their names) said "Oh great" and approached the counter. I asked to speak to the manager and showed her my mobile order history (that only shows the food; not the date, time, location or amount) and that I would pull up my bank account to prove the order had already been paid for, which she declined. She told me what I showed her was proof enough and entered our order into the system. We waited inside for the food and one employee commented on how many things of chicken strips we're in the window (what we ordered). The manager bagged them up and told them to take them outside. The employee couldn't find who the food belonged to because, at this point, WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE. At 11:23 pm, we finally got to leave with our food and nasty looks from the people behind...

It was really bad ☹️ no 1 would help us out with the app it took 45mins 2get our food I deleted the app off my phone they could had made more money off me 😡😠 I am done going 2the mall McDonald's I paid 27$ dollars for Cold food bc our food sat there getting cold wait on Fry's after the Fry's where done I watched them doing stocking while we wait 4them 2 put our Fry's n the bag I am glad u asked about our experience because on the app you by 5 frappes you get one free well I tried to get a manager to help me because the cashier didn't know how to scan it off my phone but after I paid for it the manager let me know I had to do it when I paid for it when I tried to ask him a few times how to work the app so my experience was terrible and I don't see me going back to the mall I will drive extra to the Buffalo trail I don't want to give them one star because they didn't deserve it one thing that one little girl did was give me extra chocolate in my frappe because she didn't want to go over and ring up the $0.50 so I'm thankful for that one that's the only thing they did right and they were very...
