We arrived just before lunch rush. There was one person in line before us who had already ordered and was waiting for her order. Then there were some to go orders that were called in. That they prepared. Then they finally took our order after about ten minutes. The lady who is in line in front of us waiting for her order still didn't have hers, and it was just for 2 people. I ordered the buffalo chicken crunchy wrap with crinkle fries and a soda. My husband made his order and then added on a belief it's called a reeces peanut butter cookie.
The restaurant was beautiful. Very clean with nice furnishings. Probably a couple of years old. But it looked great. And the employees were nice. As for the food, My husband enjoyed his roast beef sandwich, But not the curly fries. He also ordered an apple turn over. When he bit into the turnover it was cherry. But thankfully he likes cherry. The paper was stuck to the topping. And that was a little bit irritating to him , but otherwise he enjoyed it. I bit into my chicken wrap and it was very tough. You could barely tear the rap with your fingers. So I opened it up and ended up just eating the chicken inside which was tasty. My crubkle fries we're really good my husband enjoy eating those too. The cookie was a very dry and flavorless. It cost about two dollars. It was about four hundred and fifty calories. Which I spat out the bite that I took. My husband had a bite of it and he did not like it either. the cookie bag had an expiration of october twenty twenty four. Just overall an overpriced, very dry flavourless cookie.
Will we be back any time soon, It's highly unlikely. The lady that was waiting in front of us, We got our food before...
Read moreI visit this location along with multiple arby's from multiple counties, and this spot is usually one of the more reliable spots...... but last night around 10:45:PM i went through the drive through service at this location and my reuben combo was abysmally unacceptable!
The curly fry box was not even 1/3 full with what is weighted as a small fry....... The usually pile on the fries!..... and then the Reuben.... now their reubens are usually surprisingly good... they actually use marbled rye, which is legit "Jewish" style Reuben. the Sauerkraut is more of the traditional style compared to the sweeter Bavarian.
But this one last night was just ridiculous!... the bread was cold, over-buttered and soggy and the overall presentation was dreadful and not appealing.....they didn't even bother to wrap the reueben in a uniform manner as instructed by manager's....and higher personal.
this is a on going problem Rutherford County has, with all these Generation Z lazy, introverted spacey teenagers.. who don't care nothing about nothing.. and managers who lack alpha title and any kind of respect.the system is busted, and the Boro is over saturated.
also to note, The best arby's in my location is located at 489 Sam Ridley Pkwy W and from my personal experience, based on Employee professionalism, restaurant interior sanitation and food quality! The best Arbys PERIOD! The teenage employee's there tend to be way more professional and they greet me in a warm way each time....i ring the bell every time because i am a grown kid who loves adult sandwiches.
Thank you,...
Read moreMy son wanted to try Arby’s. He has never had it before and I haven’t had it in at least 20 years. This experience is one of many reasons why the food service industry is struggling. Shrinkflation is real- that is a 3.5” bun- it’s an adult size sandwich. Unlike labor costs, food cost, operational overhead, lease agreements, etc. This problem is actually fixable. Take time to make a sandwich that has a perceived value of $5.29 (sandwich only) and meets the guests expectations. Spread the cheese sauce to cover the whole top bun so every bite has that flavor. Fold/bunch the roast beef to create lift/height and the overall perception that it has a good amount of meat. A little effort goes a long way to make my money feel well spent and want to come back. I’ll wait another 20 years and try again. Senior citizen discount might help with the perceived value of my beef n’ cheddar sandwich....
