I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at your KFC location at 2205 Old Fort Pkwy, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, on May 24, 2025, at approximately 1:30 PM. I went through the drive-thru and asked for "2 pieces and fries." The woman at the speaker told me the total was $10.81. I then asked if I could get the "2 pieces and fries" deal for $5. She responded that I was supposed to ask for the deal initially. I said okay and asked for the deal, but she suddenly said, "I don’t have food for you, get away."
I was shocked and asked her what the problem was. She began yelling at me and told me to leave. I remained calm and told her I just wanted to get my food. She then threatened to call the police on me.
When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ended up leaving without receiving any food because I did not want to argue with a disrespectful woman
This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, and no customer should be spoken to or treated in such a disrespectful manner. Read moreI tried calling the store multiple times, but the line has been busy. I have tried calling the 800 number but get left of hold for an inexcusable amount of time 3 different times. I tried submitting the complaint online and got an error. Finally got the complaint submitted via a desktop computer and what do I get? An automated response asking for my feedback. Just a warning to people that the customer service is terrible and they obviously don't care about the customer at all. I went through the drive thru the other night and ordered a 2 piece meal with green beans and a 10 piece tender meal with wedges. Not my ideal meal to feed the kids, but going out of town and wanted to do something quick and easy. Shame on me for not inspecting the bad before I drove off. I get home and the open the 2 piece meal box and there is no chicken. Just green beans and a biscuit. My son opens the tender box and there are only 7 skimpy tenders that he said were rubbery and gross. Tried calling just to let them know and like I said before, can't get through to them. DON'T EAT HERE!! You will just be wasting your money on the lack of food and lack of customer service. We quit eating here a couple of years ago, but decided since they remodeled that maybe things got better....

The women running the drive thru was the absolute rudest women I’ve ever encountered in all my life. Not only did she yell at me and treat me like I was incompetent when I didn’t know they only carry Pepsi products but she missed two of our orders of chicken. So we went back around in the line (which was long and slow for a second time) and ended up talking to a nicer boy who tried to help us out. The mean lady came back and starting giving us an attitude and getting rude with the poor sweet soul who was actually trying to help us. She barely listened and went to make the order we were missing but to no prevail due to the fact she didn’t even take a second to listen to what we were missing. I want to formally apologize to the poor guy trying to help us who I yelled at a bit from frustration when he posed the question of sides which we already got (all of which were wrong). In the end we have the wrong sides, only one order of the chicken we went back around for of which is the wrong meal, and unimaginable rage. Never even consider coming here.
