I don’t even know where to begin other than to tell you to never waste your money here. I placed an order for a custom cake. An associate sent me a photo of what the cake looked like. When I went to pick the cake up, it looked like someone decorated it with their hands behind their back. I showed the picture of what it was supposed to look like, and stated I was not going to pay full price for what they were giving me because it was not what I ordered. They refused to take off any money because they knew I didn’t have another choice. When I placed my order I stated I would pick the cake up at 11 am for a party that was set to start at 11:30 am to give them the necessary time they said they needed to complete the cake.
When I showed the photo of what the cake was supposed to look like, that they sent me from their selections mind you, the associate stated she would need another 30 minutes to complete the cake. I paid for the cake and requested the owners information and left.
When I called the owner today, she cut me off immediately stating she already knew the story, that “her girls had already told her what happened.”
When I was finally given a chance to explain my perspective, I requested a full refund.
The owner then told me she would need photographic proof (which I have) because her girls didn’t deserve the way I treated them. Come to find out what “her girls” told her was that I called her a POS. That infuriated me because I NEVER said that, nor did I say anything near that to the employee.
When I told the owner this, she attempted to scream over me, and then hung up on me.
Like I said, do yourself an immense favor, and take your money elsewhere. Try a Pinterest recipe for an ice cream cake— I can assure you, even if you fail miserably, it will still be 10000x better than what this store will...
Read moreMy wife ordered a birthday cake at this location. unfortunately she put it in for a week after we needed it so when we went to pick it up it wasn't ready so we purchased a second cake and asked to cancel the other order. The girl told her she couldn't cancel the order even though the email stated that you can cancel the order it just had to be done greater than 48 hours before the pickup day ( which it was a week prior). When told that she said we can contact the manager in the morning and gave my wife the number (it was a wrong number) the guy picked up and was rude to my wife just said she had the wrong number and hung up. My wife called the customer service line and was told they would call us back but never did so I called the store again 2 days prior to pick up day and told them we wanted to cancel the order and they gave me the runaround telling me to email the “cake guy” I asked to talk to a manager and was told they had already left. I'm not sure when the manager is there but we asked for one multiple times, at different times of the day but they were never available. I DO NOT recommend going to this location. My wife and I were in the mood for some BR and the most unexpected thing happened. I was waiting in the drive-thru and we noticed a girl hanging out the window and putting the card reader inside every car in front of us. I found it odd until it was my turn to pay. The girl was making sure that she and the Baskin & Robbins crew were getting their tip whether you likes it or not… The craziest thing was putting the card reader in the car. I was forced to give her $1.90 tip and then she got an attitude. The worst part of this experience was that the ice cream was soft serve because IMO they shut the freezers off to make serving ice cream easier. Who owns this joint? Clean house or shut your doors!
Oh, almost forgot! The flavors of the IC was water down and the waffle cones had no flavor. (The thickest part of the cone had a little flavor but I have no idea what has happened...
