McDonald's — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Very very understaffed, I feel bad for the employees that actually do their job and most of the ones trying their hardest are the minors and they deal with a bunch of crazy customers screaming at them all the time and sometimes even their own managers!!

Now I understand this mcdonald’s has problems with getting the food out, but that also doesn’t excuse the fact that in general it is placed in a horrible location which attracts homeless and sketchy people who come in and do strange things or come in and scream.

One of the woman managers there with black long hair and black glasses I assume known to be Miss Kayla… I always have very unpleasant encounters with. I’ll simply want to ask a question to a regular employee or ask for help with something and she always wants to intervene and interrupt me and her employee she acts like there’s always problem and she rushes EVERYONE!! I came through the drive thru one time and she didn’t greet me with a smile or hello she just SHOVED my food at me and said goodbye…. She thinks she’s being professional but She is just plain disrespectful and rude there is no reason to be so nasty!! People were waiting on food in the line having been over 30 minutes and I had asked for a cup of Mac sauce and she made me pay for it after I had already got my food made wrong.. and handed out wrong. Who does that??!?with a FULL line of people who have been waiting OVER 30 minutes for their food??!!?

They need better staff as well.. most of the staff just walk past me when I need to make an order at the front and I get ignored even after standing around waiting patiently for 10-15 minutes. The Kiosik is always out of paper, no receipts will print. I can sense, They need to position their placements better as there’s always ONLY ONE person who’s actually making the orders at the front with a full screen with no help!!

This old Lady came and took my order one time and went back behind the counter to, SUPPOSED to be making my food and she just stood there and stared at the screen and let orders fill up the whole screen!!

This store is a mess and has got issues God bless the employees that actually try and I can truly see how stressful it is for them and how the managers and even customers can wear them out and mentally break them.

I do not recommend eating here you will always have to wait on your food and most of the time it’s not even accurate, cold, or...

Ohh man if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to get food for my kids before I had to get somewhere and it wasn't really that busy. I pulled to the right lane, as there was a car in the left one. Then I waited. The car in the left lane made their order and went ahead. Then I waited. A good 4-5 minutes. Nothing. I said hello. Nothing. Someone came in left lane, someone took their order and they went ahead. Coincidence I figured. No one else there, then another car comes in and they get their order taken. Now I'm getting annoyed. I've been waiting like 8 minutes at this point. There's obviously no problem with this speaker because the previous guy ahead of me got his and there's no orange cone there . So I figured I'll pull ahead because clearly, no one's gonna take my order. I pull up, and this man (his name is Steven....I know someone who works there), is clearly super annoyed I'm there. Itell him I've been waiting there for a while, and everyone else has gone before me and I'd like to get my kids an order. He rudely tells me I need to wait , which I told him I alreadybdid and asked why i was waiting when everyone else already came and went. He said he had to take care of the line first so it didn't mess up and I asked him what line? I was the only one there for 5 minutes and then when 2 people went to the other side they came and went and he said ill just have to go around again and wait. I asked him why I can't make my order here and he says damn can't you be patient?!? I said I was patient. I'm shocked the way this useful, lazy waste of a man treated me. At the second window, the woman there, who was clearly friends with the man, said the same thing. Rude rude rude...

The people that work there are very rude and disrespectful. I get to the screen to place my order and I repeated my order to make sure they had everything on there because it was a big order. The man at the window told me he had everything on there and my total was $45.00 so I thinking it’s all on there, well it wasn’t. When I got to the window to pay they had somebody else’s debit card thinking it was mines, and when I told the manager that that’s wasn’t mines she began to talk like she had an attitude. Then I get to the second window they began to hand me stuff that wasn’t even mines and I told her that wasn’t my stuff they began to look crazy. They asked me multiple times what all did I have I told them and they asked me again till I just gave them my receipt. They didn’t even give me all my food that was on my receipt after the fact that I gave it to them to look at. When I looked at the receipt there was so many items that wasn’t mines on there. I tried to tell the manager but she didn’t want to listen. Then I pulled around to see if the lobby was close, which is was, there were multiple workers standing outside smoking cigarettes while there lines were so long, you had the man that was at the first window taking orders, he had an airpod in his ear and he was dancing. Multiple customers had to drive around due to there orders not begin right. We even had a man to stop and ask us was our order right and we told him no. He said he payed $20.00 for his food for someone else to pick it up and he not begin able to get it. By me begin a manager of a store I know the things that took place while I was there...
