I had the absolute worst experience at this Chick-fil-a on 10/18/19. At about 9:20 I decided to go to Chick-Fil-A for a late night dinner. The line was slightly long, but I didn’t mind because I love Chick-Fil-A. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, we finally arrived at the drive through window where my boyfriend and I were told our food still wasn’t ready. We were asked to pull up, but before we did, we asked for two sauces to be placed in our bag. We waited in the parking lot for an additional 10 minutes before Madeline came to the car with our food. As she was handing us our food, I asked her if the sauces were in the bag. She then sarcastically responded with snarl on her face, “Did you ask for that”? I hesitated due to the shock of her attitude and calmly responded yes. She then turned and huffed to go back in the restaurant to get the sauces. When she returned, we let the window down and stuck our hands out for the sauce. Before we got a chance to say thank you, she dropped the sauces partly in our hands and in our car and rudely said “Here”. In disbelief, I sat in the car stunned at the level of disrespect that had just occurred. I finished my food in the parking lot and decided to head back through the drive through line to get her name. At this point, the restaurant at been closed for 8 minutes, but the attendees were still at the window. They refused to open the window, so I asked them through the glass what her name was and informed them that we were unhappy with the service we had received. Instead of asking exactly what happened, the closing manager, Sarah, simply stated that she was going to talk to her. This is unsatisfactory because she did not know what the issue was nor did she ask for details. I briefly explained what happened, still talking to them through the glass window, which was rude as well. I am disappointed in the quality of service that we received. As a lifelong customer of Chick-Fil-A, I am appalled that Madeline found it acceptable to behave in this manner. I am highly upset, and do not feel valued...
Read moreWhile I realize these aren't real life major problems, this CFA experience was the worst I have ever had, and it's safe to say i have had enough CFA experiences to determine what's awesome and what's not. First of all, the womens bathroom was disgusting. There was water all over the floor of one of the stalls and the sink wasn't draining properly and it had all sorts of crud floating in it. We went about 2 in the afternoon. Most CFA's arent terribly busy around then because the lunch rush is dialing back. However, we waited a solid 15-20 minutes just to order because there were only 2 cash registers open. There were several times where orders weren't being taken because the people manning the registers were also trying to fill orders. So it appeared that it was understaffed. We stepped to the side and waited for our ordr, which was to go by the way because we were on a time schedule to get to KY. Almost 20 minutes goes by and we still have no food. We watched people get food before us that ordered after us. When we alerted the manager, he went to check on the food. The morning manager was less than pleasant but explained the salad was being made. Probably 7 minutes later, our food comes out. (P.s. it was a salad, sandwich, and superfood salad. Not exactly a big order.) My sandwich was missing. Manager goes back to get it. Comes back to explain it was given to the wrong person. Goes back to get said sandwich. Tyson, the afternoon manager was gracious and was trying to rectify the situation. He offered us 4 free breakfast cards. So I did appreciate that. I get to the car and give my husband his salad...and it had the wrong chicken on it (friend not grilled) and had literally 2 pieces of chicken on the entire salad. Soooooo....that's it. Worst CFA experience we have ever had. I don't complain about much of anything, but this whole ordeal cost us an hour of our trip and we were on a tight schedule already. We have high CFA expectations and this one was pretty...
Read moreI frequent this restaurant to the point it is a staple for my family. I have had issues in the past with my entire order not being placed in my bag. One of their managers even brought missing items to my home after a phone call. Today, it happened again. I called back and expressed my frustrations that this happened AGAIN. I drove back to the restaurant with minutes before I was to start my work day and my son was to start his school day. On the way, I called to advise that I was on my way. The manager on duty advised that she could not hear me, so I raised my tone. She then said that I was yelling. We get beyond that and I informed her of what I needed to complete my order. Once there, another manager, Conner comes out to my car and tells me they have high school students working there and I need to be more professional. As I try to respond, he continues to interrupt my response to him with, do you want your food or not? Ultimately, he did not want to hear what I had to say, however he chose to lecture me on my professionalism. I took the food from him and as I attempted to continue the conversation, he told me that he was calling the police and walked away. I said to him as he walked away, professionalism is simply doing your job. Talk about unprofessional. Normally, these guys are awesome and my experience has been positive, but Connor ruined that today. He was extremely rude, with no customer service skills, and then attempted to weaponize the police against a customer of color....
