I have never, in my life, had such an awful experience at Chipotle before. I will NEVER go back to this location again. Im going to list everything that happened in order.

Read moreI’m a loyal chipotle customer especially to this location. I went in the other day because I had a free beverage reward to use. I get my bowl and chips, the cashier tells me to scan the rewards and I tell him “it’s a free drink reward” he said okay. I waited a minute because I figured he had to add a drink onto my meal but he just tells me to scan again so I do then I pay. He bags my food and hands me the bag but with no drink cup. So I request a drink cup. He hands me one for water and tells me where I can get water. I hand it back and say “no I need a cup for my free reward”. The ‘’manager” is right there so she comes over to find out what’s going on. I update her and show her the reward on my phone. Obviously something didn’t work on their end because I scanned the correct code. The manager even told the cashier he did it wrong after pulling up my order receipt. Now I work in food service and understand there is a correct way of doing things. But it’s also customer service. They adamantly refused my request for a cup even though they could see I had the reward. The manager told me “you scanned the wrong thing”, no I didn’t. I double checked I had the right code up, yo it employee messed up. They refused to give me one cup unless I bought something else. But I had already bought my meal and chips so there was nothing else I wanted to get. Eventually I gave up and left but come on? It’s a cup. I bought something. You work in customer service, make sure the customer is happy guys. I felt bad because this situation made me feel like a Karen! But I don’t think I was unreasonable in my request for a cup. The manager was rude and kept telling me I was wrong. This situation will keep me away from this location for a long time. Read moreI had never tried Chipotle's before Sunday. Since I wanted to try it, but didn't want to leave the Bronco's game, I decided to try it, delivery style. I ordered online directly through the app. All was good until I was notified by Door Dash that they were delivering it. I live in an easy place to find. And had the DD followed the map, it would've been on time. Since I wasn't called by DD I decided to walk down to the street and intercept the driver. She handed me my bag, which was sealed and had my name on a digital label. So far, ok. I get back up to my apt, open my bag and it had the wrong entree with the wrong name. The instructions had said to contact the DDD if there were any issues, which I did. She said she couldn't help me and to call the store directly. So I found the number and got a message saying that all team members were busy, making sure that all customers orders were correct. Weird message. I tried calling customer service and was instructed to leave a detailed message of the issue and it would be resolved quickly. I didn't hear back, and still haven't. Since his location was about 2 minutes from me, and it was halftime, I decided to head down to their store. When I walked in, there was one customer sitting down eating and one ordering. Really busy? Wow. And I also noticed a DD delivery fee. I didn't use DD. Chipotle uses them when their own drivers are busy. So it took another 15 minutes getting it all sorted out, I got my entree and a coke that was also missed on the initial delivery. All in all, the only saving grace was DD. On their part they did nothing wrong. It was all on the not so very busy staff of 5. And btw the manager blamed it on a trainee. The food was good, I do have to say. But nothing else.
