Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Murray

Awful. Came in, was looking at the menu, staff asked what we would like and the first thing I say is "hold on, haven't eaten here in like 10 years."

Wife picked first, getting the tuna. Sandwich gets made, they ask her toppings, groovy. Kiddo next, same thing - what toppings? I choose the chicken bacon ranch. Proceed to chase the two year old around.

Suddenly they're handing me a bag. I'm very confused. "What? I didn't get to customize it?" "Oh all our hot sandwiches are as is. It says all the ingredients up on the board."

That would have been lovely to know as what is essentially a first time customer, especially after watching you do the first two sandwiches, but alright, okay, make it my fault. I ask if I can get extra bacon. "It already has bacon on it." No duh, I can't have extra and idk, pay you for it? Whatever. Super annoyed and don't want to deal with it. I ask if I can at least get jalapeños on it.

They put on jalapeños - no bacon - and toss it back in the bag. Walk out, open my sandwich - stuffed with tomatoes - was definitely counting on the customization, as I'm allergic to raw tomatoes.

Go back in, girl is cleaning the soda machine. Say hi and she turns and looks at me, looks at the sandwich in my hands, does a little half hearted eye roll and goes "can I help you?"

My annoyance boiled over. Was like "I'm not trying to be a __ but while I get the hot sandwiches thing, the literal first thing I said to y'all when I came in was that I have not eaten in years. I was counting on customizing my sandwich because I'm allergic to tomatoes."

She proceeds to argue with me, and then finally I'm like "look can I just get this remade" and she goes "ugh yeah we can remake it."

Absolute garbage service...

Last night I ordered dinner for 5 people. When the food arrived, we were missing my sandwich. As we opened the other sandwiches, every one of them were made incorrectly. One of the sandwiches was Mike's Way, but the bun was literally soaked. The bread completely fell apart as it was mush. I drove to the store to pick up the missing sandwich. As I started to mention how the other sandwiches were made incorrectly, the manager became instantly defensive. She raised her voice and said she watched all of the sandwiches being made. I told her to calm down as I wasn't even upset, even though I had to drive over, after ordering delivery. She literally threw her hands up, and yelled saying she would just remake all of them. I told her that wasn't necessary. She ignored me, yelled at the two employees, and walked to the back. My family have been frequent patrons of Jersey Mike's for years. My daughter worked at a different location, where we never had any issues. Just to clarify, the two employees that were remaking the sandwiches were super sweet, and kind. I can't say the same for...

Besides the amazing suggestion of #9 on the menu, I ended up having to use their phone. I locked my keys in my car with it running and my dog trapped inside on 4/20. (My car is rather new - 2017- so I figured it had the feature of unlocking itself as it ran. No such luck--oops!) . One of their ladies was using the business line so another lady associate came over to assist me. She was so sweet and didn't hesitate to let me use her phone to call someone to assist. My main contacts didn't answer so I ended up calling the non emergency police to assist me. I had locked my phone in the car too. The fire dept came and was able to assist me ❤️

So grateful for your wonderful staff and helping me get assistance I needed.

Pleased with above and beyond service above their call of DUTY. this happened about 2 to 330 pm. I will make the drive here because WOW! THANK YOU SO MUCH
