I came all the way from Greensboro, North Carolina for a vacation and decided to try this place because it looked great. At first, we waited at least 15 minutes before anyone helped us. Once we were helped, everything seemed fine—until I realized my bowl had all the sauces poured on top. My friend ordered and her sauces came on the side.

I politely asked if there was any way to fix or remake the bowl, since I didn’t know the sauces came on top and I’d never tried them before. The response I got from three different employees was honestly shocking—they told me it would come out of their own paycheck if they remade it. One of them asked with an attitude, “Did you ask for it on the side?” I explained that it was my first time here and I didn’t know I had to.

After a back-and-forth, I offered to just pay for the original bowl myself. Instead, she went ahead and made a new one without asking me if i was willing to pay for another one but then charged me for both, even though I never asked for a replacement in the first place. To make things worse, the second bowl was wrong and missing ingredients I originally ordered.

I’ve never had a customer service experience like this before. Being told something would come out of someone’s paycheck made me really uncomfortable, especially over such a small request. I would genuinely appreciate being contacted by management, because this left a really...

Very disappointed. We informed the preparer we were vegan and asked if we could substitute fajita toppings for meat. We were told yes, but then at checkout we were charged $2 more for each burrito for the “added” fajita toppings. The burrito was bland, with little flavor. It as our first visit to the franchise and the process wasn’t explained to us very well. Items behind a metal frame were not visible to choose from to add to the burritos. It wasn’t clear what items were able to be added at the normal cost and what constituted an additional charge. The wall menu had inaccurate pricing, we were told (upon checkout) “you can’t go by the posted pricing”, and then were charged $2 extra for each burrito.

Overall, extremely disappointed and feel ripped off. Skip and go to Moes.

Guy in front had similar experience.

We ordered via Door Dash..the driver was quick and very nice and professional. The problem was Angry Avocado. The taco trio was soggy and fell apart in lap and no requested sour cream. The burrito was ice cold, like it had just come from the freezer and the stale nacho chips were in a styrofoam box with no toppings. We were told by the restaurant after phoning that it was our problem as well as Door Dash! Was told that Door Dash has different pictures as to what is on your menu. Plain Nacho Chips cost $8.00! We were told by your restaurant to contact Door Dash to get a refund or drive to your restaurant and they would make the order in front of us. This was our first time supporting one of our local restaurants after living here for a lifetime and will not attempt to support this one again. Terrible food and lack of...

The food and customer service is phenomenal! We ordered thru doordash and therein was the issue. On our end we ordered a taco duo with chicken. It was sent to the restaurant by Doordash showing no protein! We ordered 3 duos that included 3 drinks. The driver failed to ck the items and did not bring us the drinks. As a top dasher, I know that we are notified on any orders with drinks! We called the restaurant and they went over and above to make things right! The chips definitely could use less salt. The salad with the chicken is so good! The bags are recyclable and the taco trays make it so easy for transport and keeping them upright. Absolutely, we will order from here again. Thank you for taking such excellent care of us ChaCha and your manager.

My family came to Myrtle Beach for a wrestling competition. We were looking for a nice place to eat after the pool & beach. We found the Angry Avocado & we were really pleased! The ladies who were working - Mari, LaToya, & Emona - were extremely sweet & relatable. You can tell they really care about their customers and their work. On top of the great customer service, the food was great! My kids & I don’t eat meat so we just ordered burritos or tacos with just beans as the protein & alllll the toppings. (My mom eats meat & she loves what she got as well!) We made them combos & got queso and guac as dip. They both were perfect! Queso was piping hot & creamy! Thanks so much Angry Avocado! 🥑 💖👍

Arriving 45 minutes before closing time isn't ideal, but we were still able to get a great plate full of nachos! My kids definitely enjoyed the nachos and were pleasantly surprised by the heat of the mystery jalapenos that were snuck in there! It seems to be a great place to grab a quick bite and go. The decor is basic at best, the tables are a bit chintzy (wobbly), and they were out of shredded cheese and rice. The employees were courteous and prompt; the food was good. I recommend it, and we will return the next time we're in Myrtle Beach (which we will not because Myrtle Beach is a college students dream and not ideal for families).
