If you didn't notice the two star rating, this is a trash tier hotel. It is way past its prime and closing in on needing to be demolished. My biggest complaint is that there are signs everywhere saying that there is $150 fine for smoking.... But people smoke on their balconies--which is a great smell to wake up to when you open your balcony and nothing but cigarette smoke blows inside--they smoke at the door of the outside pool so it wafts into the inside pool area. They smoke in the hot tub outside. There is zero enforcement to this. The signs also say no one under 15 in the hot tub, but it's pretty much a kiddy pool. Especially the outside hot tub. It's right beside the kiddy pool so kids run back-and-forth to it. A lady kindly asked one of the mom's with kids using the hot tub as a diving pool to please keep her kids out and she got smacked. The police showed up. This was some Jerry Springer level drama, never seen anything like it at a "resort." ||||They are pretty anti-EV here even though I called and asked if I could plug-in somewhere. I was told there were two outlets on the 10th floor of the parking garage and one on the 2nd floor. Neither of the outlets on the 10th floor work so I found the second floor and plugged in for a few hours and got 9A which is extremely slow. After a few hours, somebody came and left me a note on my car and unplugged me. Pretty crappy that they will do something like this, but they don't stop people from smoking and fighting in the hot tub. ||||Everything everywhere is just gross and dirty and old and not cleaned. The inside hot tub did not work at all. I measured the water temp at 89° and the bubbles would not turn on. The outside hot tub was 95°. Elevators are soaking wet from all the kids running around. Our room was falling apart. Someone had punched a hole in the bathtub and the patch job looked like a kindergartner fixed it with Elmers glue and paint. Our balcony had nasty black smoking stains all over it and the curtain rods were all falling out of the ceiling. There was a ton of mildew to the point we thought we had mold and went and got a mold test kit from Home Depot. ||||My buddy stayed here for 46 days as it's dirt cheap in the off season. He switched rooms after 30 days. He called and made arrangements to be able to check out late and in early so he could move his groceries over. Since he was living there he had a lot of stuff in the fridge and freezer. The housekeepers showed up at 10am and yelled at him to leave and kept trying to come in and throw him out. He had to get the office involved. The people in the office don't talk to each other or have any idea what's going on whether it's moving, late check out, EV parking, or enforcing any rules to make everyone comfortable. ||||The elevators are slow and small. I can't imagine being here on a turn day in the summer at peak season...you'd have to wait 20 minutes to get a ride down to your car with your luggage. The parking garage code is 0614.||||Do yourself and stay away from this place. During off-peak it was cheap, if you pay peak rates at this place you will be severely...

If you plan to stay here don’t stay on any of the floors between 2-9 as the hallway to the rooms are facing the parking deck and open to hear all the noise of cars, car alarms and screaming of people that are walking through the parking area. You can hear all of this within the rooms as there is no barrier wall to keep those noises from being so loud. We stayed in room 403 which I do not recommend as it’s directly next to the elevators and if the parking deck noises weren’t loud enough everyone going to and from the elevator with no concern of the hour in the evening and pretty much yelling at each other to have a normal conversation did not make for an easy night of rest. This room also had a very noise water tank on the toilet every time it was flushed and the floor in the bathroom had so much sand on it when we dropped a rag on the floor it was covered in sand when being picked up. I did see the cleaning crew working constantly I just don’t think the rooms were being cleaned though with brooms, vacuums or mops so I kept socks on while I’m the room so I wouldn’t feel like my feet were nasty. The building is supposed to be smoke free but of course we smelt someone smoking anytime we tried to sit on our balcony n the evenings and it was so over powering that we just gave up on sitting outside during our stay. Now as far as the furniture the pull out bed and the king bed in our room we’re both used and comfortable and when we had to reach out to the front desk with questions or requests for extra blankets or towels they were friendly and helpful. The access to the beach was great and to have so many options for pools was nice as well. I can definitely say we enjoyed our trip but we spent most of it outside of our room and pretty much only slept there. The hotel is in a great location to restaurants and entertainment so if you are looking for a place to stay this would an ok option just be sure you stay on a floor...

This place was absolutely horrible. The pictures are nothing like what you will see in person. My 2 sons accidentally left their tshirts at the pool before we could walk back down the pool was closed, went to the pool the very next morning and asked about the items and out of 4 people, two being pool attendants 3 could not give an answer as to where the items were and what their protocol is for lost and found items (the protocol is located in a book in the hotel room by the way) but I asked because I wanted to be sure that what I read was correct. They are supposed to hold items for 30 days. They threw the shirts IN THE TRASH. We were told that whatever pool attendant is working just simply does what they want to do with any items left behind. When asked where this was posted in the pool area no answer could be given, but the unprofessional woman at the front desk stated that “it’s common sense to throw the items away because of COVID” I WAS LIVID🤬 to say the least and provided the unprofessional lady more than a few choice words. There was another woman there that was willing to help out and answer my questions about the policy that I had read in the hotel room book. The items were found in the trash (BY US) and we requested that they be pulled out by the pool attendant that never even took the time to look in the trash after we were told that’s probably where they were. I was absolutely disgusted with this place and will never return or recommend it. The elevators were very hot and had no air circulation, the baby pool was absolutely filthy, THE WATER IS BROWN and it was full of dirt. We only took this hotel because we decided to extend our stay at the last minute and it seemed okay. This place looks more like an overpriced Motel, and they have the nerve to charge a deposit of $150, RIDICULOUS. Book at...

Pros: The location was great because it was right by the beach. That's the reason for the 3-stars or it would be lower. It was also walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The pools were nice and it was a family friendly environment. Some of the staff were friendly, and it has a kitchenette with standard sized fridge and stove. 2 stars for service because some of the staff were friendly and the room was equipped with cooking supplies and dishes to use even though we didn't use them. Cons: The hotel room and the balcony were dirty, the furniture was broken, and some of the lights in the room were not working. It took the maintenance man hours to fix it (which never ended up working out), impeding on our time, and the hotel did not make it up to us in any way. Again, we lost precious time during our vacation. We couldn't snuggle in bed or do anything else we wanted to do that evening. In addition, there was no housekeeping. You can only have towels or other supplies brought to you within certain hours because the office closes at a certain time so if you need anything after they close or if there is an emergency, you're on your own. (I mostly took videos. The attached picture was after I cleaned some of the dirt off of the side of the fridge. The picture does not do justice to showing how dirty it was.)

If you want to be right outside the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach busy season I would highly recommend! The room was cozy and had all the amenities of a house. My family and I had a wonderful time and a view of the ocean you just can't beat. The only problem i had with the room was the doors passkey because the 0 kept jamming and would re-enter from time to time. There were multiple pools, a couple of jacuzzis, a lazy river, and a splash pad for the little kids, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. The parking deck was narrow and got a little nerve-racking when meeting a car going in the opposite direction. My biggest complaint would be the traffic outside of the rental in the busy season. If you go at peak times they close one side of the road for police and EMT which is smart, but the road you need to get on wont be accessible so you'll have to go down half a mile or so to the next open road available. So leaving and getting back to the rental takes anywhere from 30 mins to an hour just on that road alone so plan ahead! So even though we were just a mile away from broadway it took us 45mins just to get there! But all in all it was a great time and my family and I had a blast!

The stay has been nice…. The first day I couldn’t get in the room very well even after typing the 10 digit code a hundred times and I informed the front desk twice that it is super hard to get in the room I told them the latch was super loose During 3rd shift hours Michael the front desk attendant got a Phillips head from his car and attempted to fix the issue himself. He said he will put a word in but call at 8 am or when you wake up.. I did and 2 maintenance men fixed the problem. I would stay here again because staff has been friendly accommodations great and Michael deserves a raise and promotion so when I come back and don’t see that I will be upset. He went above and beyond for me and is the reason I would give this resort a high recommendation… first day was frustrating I lost my car fob at the pool and thank god someone turned it in and not getting in the room was hard but once fixed that 10 number pin is a pain… the pools are lovely hot tub relaxing and bed comfortable The only down is the bar closes at 6 pm I didn’t even arrive until then the 1st night The views are great every room is facing the ocean. My kids shut theirselves in the pullout couch…
