When traveling we always look for the places that the locals go to. This is it. Short walk from where we were staying. Best Happy Hour at the beach and the best food! This place will not price gouge you. If you want quiet and romantic, you should go elsewhere, but if you are looking for great drinks, awesome food and reasonable prices, come here. They do not make travelers feel like outsiders. The dad of the 2 guys that own the place is a hoot. He mingles, plays darts and apparently comes in early in the morning to get started on making the food. Everyone that works here is so nice. I kept forgetting to take pictures of my food because it was so good, but the Sliders, especially the Little Daddy and London Broil are delicious. The Rentkos Pierogie's are to die for. My experience with pierogies are the frozen ones. I now know why people love pierogie's so much, these are so tender and so good, we tried several of them. The Happy Hour Chicken Mac and Cheese is a meal in itself. Their Mac and Cheese is next level. We got ours with the grilled chicken in a blackened rub. We did not order the Ultimate Nacho's but many people did and the plate full is huge! My only complaint about this place is I wish it were bigger. It tends to get pretty crowded, but the atmosphere is fun. I would come back to Myrtle Beach just to come to Wiseguys!

Great food at a reasonable price! I'm pretty sure it was all locals at this place so that tells you something!! This is not a typical Myrtle Beach tourist trap. There's a great variety of options on the menu. Check their website and you'll see what I mean. After nearly a week of eating out, my husband and I wanted something different and a lighter fare. This place fit the bill perfectly!! Country music on the speakers and plenty of sports on the 11 different TVs in a place that's maybe 20 x 60 including the bar area. My husband had the club sandwich and he and I both remarked about the heaping amounts of meat on a $10.95 sandwich that included fries! The BLT I ordered had the perfect amount of crispy bacon and with the included fries it was all I could do to finish the $9.95 sandwich. And best of all our server Bentley was as great as his namesake - a classy server whose attentiveness made me feel as if I was in a luxury high-end restaurant!! You definitely have to give this place a try while in Myrtle Beach!!

The place has a cool vibe and maybe is better but our experience was ruined by bland, overly salted food and lack of service. When we first arrived it was us and then a couple at the bar. Literally no one else. Bartender did come over the first time quickly but trips were very sparing each time after that. She was nice when she did come over. The food was just bad. I had the pictured meatball Mac. The meat and sauce were tasteless. Maybe an off day but wow it was bad. My wife ordered the chicken wrap as a rice bowl. It was almost 20 minutes after we had ordered before the waitress showed back up to inform us they couldn't make a rice bowl. When we did get it everyone's fries tasted like pure salt with a hint of potato flavoring. Couldn't even eat them. Hopefully this isn't a regular occurrence here as the place looks like it would be fun to hang out. Food is very over priced for the taste and quality. We didn't even order alcohol and spent almost 100.

tried this place the other day before checking into my hotel for the weekend, food was good. decided to go back tonight around 9 o’clock. we walked in and my group sat down and i went to use the restroom. it was quite dirty, piss stains and droplets all over the toilet seat, literally a puddle of piss on the floor, trash next to the trash can, black stains on the floor, etc. i did their job for them and resourcefully wet a paper towel with a squirt of hand soap and scrubbed down the entire seat. apparently i took too long, because one of the staff, a short blonde woman, started asking my group what was taking me so long and what i was doing in the bathroom. she asked them my age, if i was okay or needed anything. my group told them that i am okay, and that i had already texted them that i was cleaning up the bathroom. she said “what?” and walked away and called somebody on the phone. when i came out, she was standing right outside then bathroom talking on the phone. she walked back behind the bar back to our table and said to my boyfriend, “that was a weird thing to say.” she plays it off by saying “i was just trying to make sure she was okay.” i’m confused, and we just decide to leave. we’re outside discussing why we just had that interaction, and i decide i’m going to go back in to clarify why i took so long. i apologized that it was offensive to her how long i took, and explained that i wouldn’t have been so long had it been clean. she told me “well you could have used the other bathroom (which was in use at the time) or ask us to clean it.” i told her that i shouldn’t have to ask, that they should just be clean. her response was, “well you cleaned it already, didn’t you?” this was a very puzzling situation and it made me feel very awkward because of how rude and...

On 12/28/24, around 9 PM, we decided to try this restaurant based on its ratings, reviews, and menu. When we walked in, no one greeted us, and it wasn’t clear whether we should wait to be seated or seat ourselves. Eventually, we seated ourselves. There was a young woman working the bar and a male waiter, who ended up being our server.

The Sprite and Ginger Ale we ordered had too much syrup, but that wasn’t a major issue. The real problem was with our server, whose name I don’t recall. At one point, a couple came in with a dog, and the server went over to pet it. While this wouldn’t have been a big deal if he had washed his hands afterward, he didn’t. Instead, he went on to change the liquor spouts, handling them with his unwashed hands. After that, he went to the kitchen and brought out our mozzarella sticks—still without washing his hands.

We called him back to cancel our entrée orders and politely explained the reason for the cancellation. He seemed shocked and confused by our feedback. However, we found it extremely unsanitary for him to touch an animal and then handle food and drink items without washing his hands. Unfortunately, this experience means we will not be returning...
