Ben & Jerry’s — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

I get there just a few minutes ago and it's after 11 am the door is locked but a lady inside she wouldn't open the door, I'm a guest at the Caribbean resort and the are affiliated with them and wouldn't respond to customers trying give service to them the website said they were open but it was not!!! I called the store no one answered but after calling the resort front desk I called and then the lady answer saying they don't open until 1pm what kind of mess is that, it's messed up to do potential customers like this!!! But it's ok Breaker's is where I normally stay anyway and we've NEVER had this problem with their affiliates their Ben and Jerry's always open!!! I will never come BACK TO BEN& JERRY'S at the Caribbean resort because they aren't serious about the way they do business!!! If it doesn't open until 1 pm hours should be posted at least but online it said OPEN!!! Sad Case to not be honest!!! you loose money with poor business...all she had to say is sorry I'm late and open door it's that simple.. doesn't...

Arrived at 8:30 pm with our party of 4 (Google says they close at 9). Two boys went up ahead of us and noticed it was closed, followed by at least 10 more boys coming out for ice cream at night. HALF AN HOUR prior to the closing time. Employee is inside, mopping floors, doors are locked. Some of the boys tried to talk to the attendant through the door about how they aren’t supposed to be closed. The kid working just holds up some fingers and continues on mopping and ignoring everyone. They’re losing a LOT of business by not being open when they should be.

Based on our experience and everyone else’s reviews of theirs, all of those employees should be fired and they should start new. They shouldn’t be getting paid or have jobs if they’re going to be lazy, slack off and have poor attitudes on the off times that...

Went here for a couple small ice cream in a cup. Was surprised they didn’t have hot chocolate syrup? Had to take caramel . I guess in their defense it was 730 at night and they close at nine but still this place is an ice cream place that’s all they do . Server was polite and attentive . Vanilla was great , Xbox chip cookie dough was ok . I thought it was a touch pricey at 14.90 for 2 smalls in a cup one did have caramel because they didn’t have chocolate.
