I recently had the most incredible pizza experience at NY Pizza Kitchen Bar & Grill, and I couldn't wait to share my thoughts! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a fantastic meal. The aroma of fresh dough and savory toppings wafted through the air, building my anticipation for what was to come. The pizza itself was nothing short of perfection. The crust was beautifully crisp on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside, a true testament to their dedication to quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship. Each bite was bursting with flavor, from the tangy tomato sauce to the gooey melted cheese that stretched with every mouthwatering slice. What truly set NY Pizza Kitchen Bar & Grill apart, however, was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready with a smile and quick to accommodate any special requests. It was clear that they were passionate about their craft and genuinely cared about ensuring that every guest had a memorable dining experience. Overall, my visit to NY Pizza Kitchen Bar & Grill was a culinary delight from start to finish. I left feeling incredibly satisfied and already looking forward to my next visit. If you're a pizza enthusiast like me, do yourself a favor and make NY Pizza Kitchen Bar & Grill your next pizza destination – you won't be disappointed!

We went here last night for dinner. We were looking for authentic New York style pizza, which is very hard to find when not in New York. We ordered the personal white cheddar pizza, personal cheese with no sauce, and medium half supreme, half pepperoni. The service was great, our server was very attentive. The atmosphere was pretty cool. When the pizza came out, it looked very good. Me and my Wife had the medium pizza, and I thought that the supreme could have been cooked a little longer. Picking up a slice, the bottom didn't have that crunch, but it was still pretty good. The pepperoni side was very tasteful. My Daughter and Granddaughter had the personal pizza's, and they enjoyed them. My Wife and Granddaughter loves tiramisu, and we ordered two to go. When we get back to our hotel, they were ready for their dessert. They were both unsatisfied with the tiramisu. They both said it had no coffee or espresso taste, it was dry, and tasted like old cake. The custard was hard, and just not good. I still would recommend this once, and try for yourself. I would probably go back when I'm back in the area.

Where do I begin…. Me and my girl got 2 subs, the Italian and the chicken parm. Both got cheese added to our fries which only had a splatter on them. The chicken parm sub had barely any sauce and chicken was chewy. The Italian sub could tell had all ingredients from the nearest grocery store and could get a better sandwich from a dumpster. Asked the waiter to have management come over to talk about the poor food quality and he came back saying the manger refuse to walk over to the table. We go up to the front and told her that the subs weren’t good and get the one taken off. She was looking at the food from the counter so I told her “you want me to go get it for you” she said yes and I go get and she said “if you didn’t like it then why would u eat the fries” umm “the fries were good the subs were not” she had a whole attitude but finally took it off! NEVER COME HERE! Just go to the grocery store and you can make all their food! Btw the manager was the black girl with the shaved dyed hair.

PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT!! We were charged an 18% gratuity. My family has 4 people in it and when I questioned the bill, the manager said the system automatically adds it in, and now everyone pays 18%. I asked why I was not told that and where is it posted at. She said it on the menu, she showed me the menu and it clearly says for 6 or more there will be a 18% gratuity plus 3% if I use a card. Again we were a family of 4 so I shouldn’t be charged that without telling me up front about this new policy. She said they changed it in the system but not the menus yet. Please make that make sense. I asked another couple that was there did they server mention the new policy of the 18% they say no. But what really got me when the couple asked their waiter about it and if they getting charged 18% he clearly said no only for 6 or more. So how is it a new policy and your staff don’t know about it. I can go on more about this incident and what was said but I’m not. I clearly paid my bill without the 18% and gave the waitress a tip. Why did the manager say now the waitress has to pay the gratuity out of her pocket. So not only they getting over on customers but staff as well. There is a difference between a service charge and a gratuity. I hope you updated your menus or have the manager explain this “new policy” to customers. ** You all must do this so much because you don’t Remember. First of all I don’t know where you got 6 because it was a family of 4 only (4 adults) no kids and you all sat us in a booth. In my comment I said what was stated on the menu. My thing is did you change the menu to say everyone will be charged 18% “New Policy” on the menu, that’s what was told to me. I also said that I can say more about the incident but I didn’t. You stated that the servers get paid through tips well if you stop scamming for your staff and actually let them do their job and earn the tips maybe you want have other reviews having similar issues. We walked in, the sever gave us our booth and menus, took order, gave food, and never seen again until she gave us a check. They sat up front talking but you want me to give 18% SMH. After we went back and forth about the “NEW POLICY” and I told you all I was going to pay was my bill minus the 18%, the server was surprised when I said I will be paying cash. She looked at me, paused and stared then say cash oh you thought I was going to give you all my card NOOOO. The moral of this is be more professional and stop scamming tourists out of there money. Even though staff barely spoke English when it came down to the 18% and I assume the rude Jamaican lady is the manager or owner. Oh and I did give her a $4 dollar tip for taking our...

We really enjoyed our first visit, so we came back. Server was ok. No real personality. Ordered a large pizza with Pepperoni. We split the pizza in half. One side with sausage and extra sauce. The other side had green, black olives, extra cheese. When the pizza came, we saw that 1/2 slice with the extra cheese was missing the extra cheese. Decided not to say anything . The half pizza with extra sauce was still light on sauce. We ordered 2 salads and 2 ice teas. When we got the bill, the total came to $69.51 without tip. I thought wow: a large pizza for 2 people for $70. YES ($70). We gave a tip but certainly not their recommended minimum 15 percent. We got home and I looked at the bill closer and here, what was stated on their menu and on line for toppings/large pizza was $3.00 each. Here we were charged $4.50 for each extra topping, $2.00 for extra cheese and 50 cents for extra sauce. By FAR outrageous. For $75 we could have gone somewhere nice with ambiance, really great service and for a little more, I'm positive for what we ate wouldn't have cost that much. We realize that prices at high, but this really makes us choose to eat at home instead of going out. Businesses are ripping the public off, and they wonder why their sales have gone down. I don't live in the dark. I'm aware of pricier food costs, BUT: a Large Pizza and 2 salads????? We...
