3 minutes ago New We had a Rita’s Italian Ice back in Pennsylvania when I was growing up, but we don’t have one in North Carolina—so it was a great surprise to see one while on vacation down here. As soon as I saw the sign, I knew we had to stop.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean everything was. The floors were spotless, the counters were wiped down, and the place smelled fresh. It really made me feel like they care about keeping the store nice for their customers.

The staff were also super friendly. They greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and didn’t rush me while I looked at all the different flavors. When I asked for a recommendation, the worker was patient and even offered me a sample to help me decide. That made me feel welcome and comfortable.

I got the Swedish Fish flavor with custard—it’s my absolute favorite—and it did not disappoint! It was sweet, smooth, and tasted just like the candy. It brought back so many good memories from when I used to go as a kid.

When I first entered, I was immediately intrigued by the different colorful posters. I love the variety of visual options they offer, as it provides me with a lots of ideas to choose from. The friendly ladies who greeted me at the entrance made me feel very welcome. I decided to get a large cherry gelati with vanilla custard, which was an absolute delight.
